This was our second time doing business with BoxDrop Leitchfield. The first time, we purchased a mattress set with an adjustable frame. When we found out they also started selling living room furniture. We knew that we would be going there to shop due to the great service and finance options we got the first time. The second time was just as wonderful. The owners are super nice! They remembered how many kids we had and our line of work from nearly a year ago from meeting them. So stayed in my camper last night for the first time mattress was worse than terrible. So started looking around for a place to possibly buy a new mattress, met the nicest couple that own the box drop and let me tell you easy to work with great prices and will definitely come back if I ever need another. Kenny, Tyler, and Kara are a pleasure to work with. I've never done "by appt" shopping or used the Google small business chat option to communicate with a shop in lieu of a phone number. Their swift responsiveness made it an easy and positive experience. When rain made our scheduled furniture delivery a bit of a challenge, they persevered in finding a solution. Although we wasn’t able to take my daughters new mattress home the same day, we was able to pick out the perfect mattress and it will be arriving in just a couple of weeks. The service was very friendly and professional. The exact reason we decided to come back and purchase my daughters mattress from here after purchasing my sons just a few months ago. Wonder family owned business! Friendly no pressure sales, very helpful in selection process and extremely easy to work with. Most mattresses are available for immediate purchase but we selected a king size that was not in store but we received it in a very timely manner and love it! Save your time and money by shopping with them first!
