I want to thank and commend Manager Dennis for helping me locate a holiday Barbie and holding it for me while I rushed to the store to buy it. He didn’t have to do that! It was service up and above customer expectation! I truly appreciate his concern and politeness. He remained professional and calm even though I was frantic over the phone! I had been trying to locate this doll going on 3 days! I’m so impressed with the customer service , and grateful Dennis works there!

Amazing lady at the cash register. She deserve a paycheck raise. Super sad that she is about to retire. What would our community do without her? She is the brightest sunshine for everyone! The store is super well organized, neat and sparkling clean! Thank you!

On my recent trip to the CVS store in Fairfield CA. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most friendly and helpful people I have had the pleasure to deal with. Her name is Sheryl and she is truly a asset to the CVS name.

The Pleasanton Santa Rita CVS store Pharmacy department has wonderful employees.

My MD can call a script in and it is ready when promised.

I highly recommend this CVS. The associates at the store are very helpful and friendly. Whenever I have a question, they try to help as much as they can. Krysta and Melissa are great and very knowledgeable.

This is the best CVS in my area. They definitely believe in satisfying the customer. The store is always clean and orderly. The associates greet you as you enter the store and the pharmacy staff know me and greet me by name. The store hours are very convenient and they have a wide variety of items though limited quantities of some items. Their Extra Bucks rewards program is awesome and you can save a lot of money. I come to this store even when I don’t need anything because I know I’ll find something good.

Nothing terribly special about this cvs. They have good deals and pricing on items as well as a side variety of products. I prefer to go to CVS over super markets for grooming supplies, medicines and other such items.

I come in here from time to time for some needs (cough meds).
I've never had any issues here and always had friendly staff.
