CVS

After reading a few reviews I’m completely shocked. This CVS is the absolute best pharmacy I’ve ever had. Me and my family have been nothing but pleased with them.
Side note, I’ve been there when it’s busy and for some reason this location has some really crazy customers. Ranting and yelling about things out of the pharmacy’s control. The pharmacist Elena and the pharmacy techs kept their composure the entire time.
I think maybe instead of blaming the pharmacy maybe look at your doctor’s office staff or insurance? My doctors office constantly has to be reminded to send over scripts. These people at this pharmacy are hard working and very caring.

We switched to this pharmacy after our insurance changed. We are so very happy with the pharmacy and even the store itself. The pharmacist Elena is very caring and knowledgeable and Courtney in the pharmacy is very helpful and friendly. Our family loves this CVS. Thank you.

I have been to a number of CVS locations and this one is definitely on top! Everyone is always so friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. The pharmacy department is amazing. We were there on 7/30/2022 and Jovanna was the only person in pharmacy at the time. There were phone calls, a car at the drive through and additional customers waiting for their items. She was super friendly and quick even though she was taking care of everything by herself. She is an asset to CVS!

This CVS is my savior!!!! Before this, I had my prescriptions with another local pharmacy. I would literally have to drive between them and the doctor's office because they wouldn't answer the phone. I also tried one of the other local CVS pharmacies and it was an exercise in rudeness and frustration.

THIS CVS has been so easy to work with. The staff had repeatedly gone out of their way to help me and answer my questions. They also go above and beyond with customer service. Why can't all pharmacies be like this team? Thank you to everyone who works here.

Best CVS anywhere. The manager, clerks, and pharmacy are so nice, so helpful. The pharmacy staff is excellent also. The store is bright, clean, and items always in stock. I live a few blocks away from CVS on Rues Lane. That place is a disaster - filthy, many items out of stock, rude staff, the filthiest of bathrooms and the pharmacy can’t get anything right. I go to Summerhill.

I was at the pharmacy tonight a few minutes before closing. The Pharmacist, Elena, greeted me with a pleasant attitude
and smile, prepped my medicine, called my Doctor for a cheaper alternative medicine as per my request, and walked out to get me over the counter cough syrup. She is truly a good example of how good customer service should be. Keep up the good work.

I'm almost afraid to write this review for fear too many people see it and flock to this CVS.

NOT all CVS's are created equal, and that couldn't be more true than the new CVS on Summerhill Road. Clean, inviting, super nice staff and well stocked shelves. The pharmacy is spot on. Quick turn around time, pleasant pharmacist's and accurate prescriptions. Oh, and they answer the phone!

Please don't change a thing.

I showed up at the Pharmacy at 430 on a Sunday straight from Urgent Care. Normally a pharmacy would make you wait until the next day. Pharmacist, Elena could tell I needed it and filled my prescription quickly. Thank you so much

Great employees. Great service but the most amazing are the pharmacists. They are there for any concerns. They care for you.

By far the friendliest CVS staff I’ve ever encountered. I appreciate y’all! Also like the big windows in this store. Makes a real difference.

Beautiful new store. Well stocked. Staff was so friendly. I signed up for their carepass rewards program and saved $10 on my order! And they had at home covid tests! What a great addition to the community!

This CVS pharmacy and the store is great.

I was a victim of Walgreens. They are out of control bad! Switched over to CVS And I'm never going back! Kevin the pharmacist absolutely a pleasure to deal with and goes out of the way to help people.
