These people are the greatest! My appointment was not til 2 days later and they happily unloaded upon arrival when they opened! Furthermore I have never met such nice caring considerate helpful courteous respectful people! They deserve noticeability!!!

Harbor Freight employees maintain a professional attitude even when dealing with terrible, impatient customers and an inventory system that can't ever seem to keep up or be accurate.

Harbor Freight is one of my place favorite places to go they're always helpful when I can't find something and if that they don't have it in the store they're more than willing to help me find it at another location or order it. Great customer service always greeted with a smile.

I called about a certain item. It just so happened someone just brought it back still in the box untouched, it was the last one available. I had a coupon for it, but the lady couldn't get the register to take it. She called over the manager and they honored the coupon. Great all around service... I'll be returning here for sure. Very good experience all around.

The store in Gonzalez has a much better stock than the store in baton rouge. Had to go there for what I needed. Took my motorcycle so it was a fun trip

Some people will not buy harbor freight tools I have found in my experience in my business that the cheaper the tool does not always mean the that the tool will not last as long but that cheaper tools last you just about as long as one that cost double that so I will tend to buy a cheaper brand of tools because my business does not stop

The place for people who abuse tools or don't use them the way they are supposed to. I get my tools there because I don't use them everyday for a living so the quality is right on par for someone of my stature. If it breaks, I can replace it for cheap, that day usually. Here lately there's been a few things out of stock but that's every where you go.

I love harbor freight. I find so many items I can use at home. Not just men enjoy d.i.y. They also give free gifts weekly with purchases. The prices are cheapest from anywhere else and quality is better.

Great selection . A lot more actually "in-store" and in-stock than surrounding locations.

TOOLS, TOOLS, TOOLS. This is a very clean well stocked store with knowledgeable staff. If they do not have it it can be ordered on the web site and it will arrive very quickly. So if your side shaft engine goes out or a bottom shaft and you do not want to spend you kids inheritance then this is the place to get a new one as they have many small engines in stock, even big pump engines. IN Louisiana it is always good to have a back up pump if you one has to sand bag. They also sell generators and many emergency gear such as flashlights and radios. And did I mention they have a treasure chest of tools.
