I love Lowe's.
I know it sounds ridiculous but I genuinely turn to this store for all my standard house, maintenance, and landscaping projects.
I use Kobalt tools just because I enjoy the darker blue versus Makita's teal esque color.
They don't always have prefabs I like or need to make more elaborate furniture but the basics are always around.
I definitely recommend their DIY section to young renters or home owners.

Was extra stocked with all things you need to get through the aftermath of a hurricane. They even had enuf employees on shift to help customers and run registers. With the world going crazy everywhere else it was nice to know they took the extra step to try and make sure people could get in and out as smooth as possible.
Order a dishwasher online and it ended up on back order for 3 months, which I only found out after I waited two weeks to pick it up. I did not want to wait so I asked to get something they had in stock without paying the difference. They was sorry about my wait and let me get a dishwasher that I love at the price I already agreed to. Pick-up was smooth.

Very professional people working there. The cashier was more than friendly. Everyone in upbeat mood. Very positive atmosphere. My motto is if Lowe's don't have it I don't need it ,!!! Had a key made with a chip in it toook 15 minutes. Works perfect. Went to Walmart with the same price in the key don't work. The dollar mower is well worth it for quality. I love my Gonzales Lowe's.

Awesome customer service! Needed a fan after they had all been put away for the "winter" and Aaron and Daniel took the time to get a pallet off of the very top shelf to get me what I needed. I really appreciate how much effort they put into getting me what I needed with a great attitude. Customer service isn't usually this good lately and I appreciate it.

The place was clean and neat. The app showed up to date Stock snd location and it was correct. When I paid at self checkout with a digital gift card The register wasn't liking it but the on duty cashier was extremely helpful and professionally courteous.

As usual, pretty smooth and easy. My son and I were casually perusing and brainstorming. We were offered assistance a couple of times. I'm sure, not knowing what we were doing, we looked lost. I was happy to see them trying to help.

Salespeople are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was searching for a
present for a birthday, I didn't know what the tool was called, but I had three helpful people trying to find it. Successful at last.
We found it and two other things to go along with the contour tool.

I find that Lowe's products often have better prices than Home Depot. On my last visit, my family was looking at vinyl flooring for the second time (trying to make up our minds). The lady that helped us not only remembered us from last time we were there which was about a week before, but also remembered the kind of flooring we were discussing. Talk about good service. We were very happily surprised.

Very well lit store with plenty of people to help a person when in need. Did not have the model pole saw in stock, however, they did have it online with free store delivery. Great help desk and locker merchandise pickup.

Ordered items online and did curbside pick-up. As soon as I called to pickup, they brought it out to the vehicle within 2 minutes. I was very pleased with their service!!!

Just had a great experience at Lowe's Gonzales thanks to ✨Javell✨! She works in the customer service department. She just moved here from Texas and thank goodness. They really needed help at that store. The manager, Mike Pitts should thank his lucky stars that he has her!! We just bought a Craftsman T260 lawn mower and she helped us every step of the way. She was able to answer all of our questions. Now... If we can just clone her!

Didn't have the part I needed, but they can't have everything (a small belt wheel for an off brand dryer,, ) totally understandable, thank you to the associate that helped us... I'm sorry I forgot your name...

Excellent service, very friendly, lower prices in comparison to home depot. I saved a lot buying privacy fence boards. They were 1.25 each compared to 1.69, it adds up when u have to buy several hundred.
Also they allow your fur buddies to shop with you.

I was floundering around trying to find the right parts for a plumbing situation, when an older gentleman let me pepper him with enough questions and half-bits of information that he was able to help me. It made me feel like I was in our local hardware store (which was closed) instead of a big box store.
