Stopped in at 4 in the morning on 5/6/23 what great customer service we received from Susan and KJ. As truckers it’s hard to find customer service so friendly and helpful and bathrooms were beyond spotless. Thank you both so much for all you do for everyone. Stopped in to top off gas. Restrooms were clean and well kept. Plenty of snacks and warm foods ready. Coolers were well stocked.

Nice place, clean, great staff, plenty of space to park; the built another yard for truckers. They got the works here.

Probably the best pilot I’ve been to in a long time. All of the staff was friendly the showers was clean and omg the pressure the shower I had was simply amazing need more workers like these workers here and need more showers like the showers are here. Has a McDonald’s and subway inside

I didn't catch his name but younger guy with longish red hair was working the counter and I forgot my wallet. I offered to cashapp him and he went ahead and paid for me to get some gas. Wouldn't accept my money. That's the kinda employee you need to appropriately value.

Literally made my Christmas and I'm being dramatic but it's true! My dad and I went here in hopes to find something for breakfast and there was so much cheer inside. Most people are really bitter and mean when working on the holidays (we had a bad experience on Xmas Eve somewhere else). Anyways we walked in here and everyone was smiling and all yelled merry Christmas and they had cinnabons, we almost got cold ones and the lady offered fresh warm ones instead. They were just all cheerful and nice. And Merry Christmas! We aren't big on holidays but it oddly made our day and I had to leave a review!!!!

Stopped here while traveling. Good parking for big trucks. There was ample supplies of nearly anything a traveler might need. Lots of grab and go snacks and drinks. The attached McDonald's had great food and quick service. Restroom was clean and it was a refreshing stop.

I love the Flying J! I have been driving for 11 1/2 years with my husband and drive coast to coast north to south. I’m always looking for a Flying J for my hot coffee and now my iced coffee also. (Best on the interstate in my opinion) I also enjoy their hot roller items, showers and most of their staff.(Not their fault there’s one in every bunch. Plus we all have bad days) I’m thankful for a safe place to stop when I need to. Thank you Flying J for all you do!

We always stop here heading north or south. Good fuel prices. Efficient McDonalds. Attached picture from my last visit, what a selection of safety vests and gear! And of course the people are friendly, YOU ARE IN “LJ” IN BULLITT COUNTY!!! Jim Beam distillery near by if you have time for a tour!

Stopped to get some air in my car's tires. Lonnie was cleaning up the parking lot and offered to help me. The valve on the hose was broken and he ran back to the building twice to get what he needed. He continued to apologize the whole time. Every place could use more outstanding employees like him. Great job, Lonnie!

Nice place to stop while traveling. You can stretch your legs while looking through the gift shop. They even make Cinna-a-bon rolls fresh right there in there store. The selection of drinks and sandwiches is excellent. A little pricey. The atmosphere was friendly and clean. The check out was well staffed and the service was quick.

This Pilot has always been one of the main fuel, food and restroom stops on my list. Over the years they have done a good deal of changes and work to it. There is a Subway, McDonald's and a Honey Bun inside. Staff is nice and helpful.

Quick stop for your fuel, food, and snacking needs. The fuel center has many pumps. The convenient store has a wide range of food and souvenirs. The restrooms have been clean each time we have stopped. The Subway, McDonald's, and Cinnabon provide good food options if you are looking for more than a snack. It is easy to get to the location from the highway and then back on your way.

This place gets 5 stars because it’s next door to Little Rick’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill. I can park my truck and get great food with great service at a good price. The atmosphere will help you relax after a long day on the road.

Didn't look too great from the outside but it's a clean and modern gas station with about everything you'd need on the road. Bathrooms and personal hygine for truckers is pretty great. There's also an attached McDonalds and Subway if you want more than just gas station food.

Consistently seems to have the lowest gas prices along I-65 south of Louisville down to Bowling Green (maybe all the way down to Tennessee, but don't quote me on that).

Pretty standard modern truck-stop. Standard clean bathrooms, standard nice people, standard attached McDonalds.

Found it quickly. Very friendly & helpful staff. They have everything you may need when traveling. From tools, car & truck parts, electronics, a 4-way cigarette lighter attachment ( have no idea why you'd need that many) tons of stuff, reasonably priced also, fast food restaurant attached. Lots of trucks.Nice place.

Another great Pilot to stop for fuel, showers and food. A very clean place and friendly staff. The subway has great sandwiches and they also have a McDonald’s inside. The coffee is always fresh at any hour of the day.
