My sister and I Iive in different states. We received the original caramels and marshmallow caramels from our brother who lives near your store. What a lovely and delicious Christmas gift. The best I have ever eaten.

Not being from KY, I stumbled upon this candy shop when picking up flowers from the local flower shop. I love the story behind the name of Modjeskas! My daughter was getting married in nearby Danville, and since she is Polish, I thought it would be a unique addition to her wedding favors. I made a little card to give history of the candy, and since her wedding I have had numerous people ask for info on how to order from Bauer’s for themselves and gifts. Can’t recommend enough!

Best candies ive ever had hands down and the people were very friendly and informative. i was visiting here from south florida with my girlfriend and her grandfather insisted we come by...needless to say he was not wrong. We will be coming back next time were up here. 5 stars

This place SMELLS heavenly as soon as you walk in!!! Anna Bauer is one of the nicest, hardest working women you'll ever meet. Worth a trip to Lawrenceburg for sure!
