I switched from Net10 to Cricket. I had problems on Net10 side but Jennifer was so helpful and patient helping. She and Zack are excellent employees and should teach classes on customer service

The manager Valeri was very knowledgeable. She was out on the sales floor helping customers and getting down to the reason we were visiting. I waited all about 5 minutes when it was my turn at the register. She had already stated what we needed to her employee. Service was great, the atmosphere was enjoyable! I recommend my local Cricket to everyone!

When go in ever time employee very nice when have long line they make sure that there doing best they can and get to u asap. When make payment there nice I haven’t had any issues with them only wished they had more seating in there but other wise very good

Very professional. They tell you exactly what you would get out of what your choices are. I have Cricket as my service, and personally, I wouldn't switch out. The phones aren't bad, either! Wish I could give it a 10.
