AT&T Store

I just switched from Verizon to AT&T~I've had Verizon since the Razor cell phone era. I was shocked at the customer service Ryan showed me, how willing and able to help this man was. It was closing time when i strolled in, Ryan's professionalism towards my particular scenario was something like I have never encountered at Verizon. I assumed I was going to be getting the standard unhelpful, annoyed, reluctant responses I have gotten 95% of the time at a Verizon store~Nope this man was all ears. Gave me multiple options and price points for my personal situation/life. LONG STORY SHORT. Thank you. Ryan is valuable to AT&T and they need to retain this man. Thanks Bradda!!!!

Went here to replace a phone that got lost. Both people working Kiba and Zach were super helpful. Was very quick service as well. Was in and out for a full phone purchase and update in less than an hour.

Don't hesitate to deal with this 5 star At&t branch! Issues were handle assertively and addressed professionally by Ryan H. Will be sending friends and family this way from now on.

I had terrible issues with my prepaid service. I went in and talked with Zack. He was patient, kind, and solved all my problems. He gave excellent advice and no pressure to buy junk I don't need or want! Go see Zack! He's wonderful! I ONLY WISH AT&T HAD MORE HUMANS LIKE ZACK ON THE JOB and less stupid AI recordings that accomplish NOTHING but frustration. Please, AT&T value your employees like Zack! They're the ONLY reason I am still a customer.

Absolutely amazing! Helped me and answered all my questions. i wanted a lot of quotes and Miguel showed me each one and described to me the pricing. very helpful, very kind, and had awesome hair. i would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

Outstanding customer service!! The employees at the Port Angeles store made it very easy to get set up with First Net and were very knowledgeable. Had a small issue with porting my phone number from my previous service provider, but Miguel helped fix the issue and tested to make sure my new phone was receiving calls. Staff went above and beyond to help get me set up with AT&T. I highly recommend going to this store if anyone is looking for a new phone or service provider!!

Visited the shop a couple of weeks ago to switch my cell phone carrier to AT&T. Gerald N. provided a friendly and efficient service - the switching process went smooth and easy thanks to him.

I went to this store the other day to switch phone providers and was greeted by very friendly store associates. They were very knowledgeable, thus making the transition very fast and easy. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend going to this store. Miguel and Babs have excellent customer service skills and the rest of the staff seemed equally as skilled.
