O'Reilly Auto Parts

Was reading on an automotive website that the only thing that needs to be changed on a yearly basis on modern smart cars is the air filter. The one on my Mustang was six years old so it was probably time. Swung into O'Reilly and wonderful Mindy set me up with the perfect part. The store is loaded with all sorts of stuff to customize and maintain your car in sparkling condition.

A trip planned from Seattle to the Olympic National park was the plan, and then the alternator blew. We were 153 miles away from anyone we knew or anything familiar. After losing power, a battery jump, a battery replacement and multiple attempts to purchase an alternator for our Honda element, we called O’Reily auto parts. The assistant manager Chelsea answered the phone, how lucky. She guided us in to the parking lot, staying on the phone while we drove , she had the parts, two, one new and one used, and assured us we could repair the part in the parking lot or she could possibly recommend someone local who could. Chelsea was exceptional, 1,000 star service, knowledge, kind, friendly, helpful, I mean absolutely the best service i have experienced. She had the parts, the gentleman in the store at the time was someone she knew and connected us and he helped change our alternator. Chelsea included a great pizza place in port Townsend as well so our trip would not be a total mishap, and she was also spot on about her recommendation. If i had a company I would hire her in an absolute minute. What a as asset she is and a kind soul. Thank you Chelsea and Good job O’Reily on your hiring and inventory! Thank you!!!

Went to get a set of headlight bulbs. Chelsea from the Port Angeles WA store was extremely helpful! She took the time to help install the new headlight bulbs even! Thank you so much!

My experience at this shop has been great, for automotive people they made the effort to use gender neutral terms like "buddy" and "friend". They helped me with my issues and assisted in isolating a problem and even held a part for me, definitely will be going back

Got there when they first opened to get help with their code reader, The man was by himself so he apologized that he couldn't help me but offered the reader to me and showed me how to use it. Thank you for going out of your way.

Without having to remove it, they checked my alternator and diagnosed the exact problem I had, free of charge. This was especially helpful, as the problem wasn't of the sort that generates a diagnostic code readable with an OBD-II scanner. My next parts purchase will be from them for sure.

Big shout out to Juliane at the Port Angeles store. He helped me out with a battery issue I had on my RV. Turned out to be an easier fix then I thought. He walked me thru what I needed to do, and I was able to get my project completed. Thanks Juliane for being a rock star!

Friendly employees and I always find what I need here for my automotive needs. I have purchased headlamp and tailight bulbs as well as cleaning products and windshield wipers here, good selection and convenient location. I highly recommend this store over Autozone where I was harassed by their male employees at AutoZone. O'Reilly employees are always professional and helpful and that is why they forever have my business. Keep up the great work!

The check engine light came on on our Ram diesel truck. Since we were traveling we were really stuck. After the Dodge dealership gave us the cold shoulder, we stopped at O’Reillys and after running a scan Julian took a look and printed out the error code and possible causes. He went over and above to help us and gave us a few places we could get repairs. Great guy and excellent customer service.

From what i gathered my husband found these employees knowledgeable and very helpful. The visit didn't take a long time witch surprised me. A pleasant experience all things considered.

Got my parts in by opening time the next morning, other parts stores were 2+ days out. Knowledgeable staff was very helpful and polite.

Nice store, knowledgeable employees.
