I had such a relieving experience at the store today. My old iPhone was busted, I tried putting my SIM in a one plus and it fried. I went to another verizon store, thought they fixed the problem, but it turned out there were still issues. The associate who helped me here was AMAZING! Listened to my specific needs and preferences, gave me excellent options, found me ALL the discounts. (Literally saved me hundreds.) I got a brand new phone cheaper than I could have gotten a refurbished one. He was eager to help in whatever actions I decided to take. Transfered all my info from both old phones into my new one. He was patient and understanding about my financial situation. Highly recommend.

Ryan the gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable, and thorough. I had purchased a buy one get one free promotion online and the Verizon online system basically messed everything up and caused all kinds of issues that another Verizon store was not able to solve. Ryan was able to sort through all the issues get my two phones ordered and get it all sorted out. It did take about 2 hours to do, but that was not his fault, mainly Verizon's online system kept giving him trouble. In the end I left with two phones in hand, all devices working properly and one customer that was seriously impressed with his knowledge of what to do and how to take care of it. I don't see why this guy is not a manager already, I just can't say enough about how he went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible, and made sure I would have no issues when I got home. My husband and I came in to this go wireless location to look into switching providers and possibly upgrade our phones. We had lots of questions and were VERY impressed by the employees there. The store manager Mike came over and introduced himself and was very knowledgeable and personable and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the store. Another employee named Kayla helped us as well and she answered all of our questions and was also very sweet with our kids. My husband works in sales and was very impressed by the level of professionalism at this store. We have had negative experiences before when it comes to phone providers, so it was nice to have employees that really care about their customers. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning in the future.

From the minute I walked in, Ryan was on the ball and helped me manage every detail of account. I have struggle for an entire year trying to call customer support and going into other Verizon stores for help, and have been shoved off to other departments. Ryan fi ally got me answers to why my bill was increasing so much, and helped helped bring my account down to a normal amount. He went through every detail to ensure I got the most our of his experience and knowledge to ensure my satisfaction. Wonderful job Ryan, thank you you much!

Went there to replace my screen protectors and Ryan was awesome and also checked my account and noticed I was on an old unlimited plan, and by upgrading to the new unlimited plan would actually save me 40 a month. Very happy with my experience. Ryan was great. I’ve been going to this location for 5 years and I drive pass 2 other Verizon locations to come here.

The guy that helped us out today was very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all of our questions, helped us get our phones set up and explained some of the features on our devices. Highly recommend 👌

I went in to upgrade my phone. The store manager Uriel was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and he took time to answer each one so I understood how the phone operated. He transferred all of my info and made sure the new phone was working great and that I understood before leaving the store. A screen protector and case were put on the phone as well. Uriel went above and beyond in helping me today and I very much appreciate it. He is a credit to your company. Karen Wright

Ryan was fantastic!!! Picked up 4 new phone for Christmas. For whatever reason my old info didn’t correctly transfer to my new phone. He spent time after the sell the next day to help find a solution and fix the issue. Thanks Ryan!

What a difference a store manager makes. I had a not pleasant experience with a store near my house and was directed to this store. Katie was great to work with. It was Black Friday and the store was backed up. Although it took longer than anticipated, she was able to help us and everyone else in the store at the same time. If you are looking for someone to give you a great store experience and explain how she can help you, this is the store to be at!

Ryan was awesome! He was fast, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We waited in line at the HERRIMAN store for 30 min without anyone even saying hi. So worth it to drive a little farther for this store.

Skyler, Drew, and Chris were the best. They helped us get a new phone when our old phone went dead. They stayed late to get us taken care of. Our upgrade was not a normal one, Skyler and Drew made sure we got what we needed Without rushing us. While we waited Chris fixed our other phone screen saver.. All 3 were super friendly!! I came in to the store to resolve a problem I was having with my service and both the manager Mike and Kayla gave me their full attention and went the extra mile to get it fixed. They spent a lot of time helping me and they were always kind, courteous and patient. How nice for a change to have helpful staff who are will and able to take the time to actually provide customer service!

I have been into this store many times. Each time they have been very helpful and capable of taking care of my Verizon needs. I went in tonight (after 2 attempts to sign up over the phone) to get my apple watch connected to wireless service. Chris was very helpful. Even though this is a new service, a business account and the watch was purchased at apple complicating the situation, Chris at Go Wireless and Ryan at the tech center were very persistent in getting my service connected. Thanks for your help. i am very satisfied.

Amazing! I came into go wireless with some concerns about my service. Kayla had excellent costumer service and addressed all of my questions. The manager was professional and made sure I left feeling content with my plan. I will definitely be returning to this location for future business.

I had opened my new Verizon account at this location and the people here where very helpful and understanding when I didn't understand certain parts of the agreement. They where very knowledgeable in the products they where selling and helped me choose a new phone according to my needs and wants. Overall this place is a very good and helpful place to go for your new Verizon account.

Great experience! The sales woman was well informed, efficient and pleasant to work with. It was not too busy and everything went smoothly with buying a phone and having my old data transferred over. I highly recommend them!
