Thank you the 1am shift employee who helped my elderly mom today. She got lost on her way to work and even though you didn't speak English fluently and she couldn't really express what she needed you gave her the address to your location and I was able to get to her with my sister and we brought her home safely. God bless you and may your employer value the great individual he has employed. Thank you again for assisting my mom in her moment of need.

I was in love with the store as soon as I walked in. I knew when I looked at the store it was "7-11 Heaven"!! Its one of the best 7-11's in California and the staff there know more about 7-11s than people in new York city. Its an incredible experience for the entire family. Make sure to ask about "Hot Dog Day" .50 hot dogs. And I'm talking the long, thick, fat hot dogs. I bring family in from the mid-west every year for the occasion. It's such a special place....god bless those who work there.....at the 7-11 on Anaheim. Just that one. Not the others.

Has no Pizza or hot food service. It is the most basic of the basic 7-11s....it conveniently located on 5 point.

They supposed to be 24 hours but they are not they close at 1:00 AM that’s what they should say not put a sign that says closed for cleaning and put the hours that they open back up ☹

Omg, this 711 is closed every night between 130am and 430am ish, for cleaning supposedly. You never see the guy in there cleaning at all he be in the back sleeping. When you knock he never come to the door. I sat out there for an hour just to see if he walks by, so if you go here go before 1am your for sure will get in. I'm going to stop going here. I'm an officer and work overnight. I spend $20-30 everynight. But I'm not going here anymore. Go to the 711 on Gaffey or the one on Hawthorne, anywhere but here. This place is the only 711 that closes for 3 hours at night. Horrible. I wonder if the owner is aware of this?

Horrible! I came to this shopping center to go to 7/11!!! But apparently the same guys everyone has problems with assumed i was parking in the parking that says 7/11 only to go else where. I don't know why this was assumed as I hadn't even turned my car off. The guy is crazy!!! Started screaming at me and yelling HELP HELP HELP while I was still in my car. Super weird , uncalled for, will never do business with this location.

I was in this 7-eleven on 5/13/2018. Two young ladies were asking for their money back and the manager and the worker yelled at them, was extremely rude and borderline chauvinist/ racist. They ended up calling the police and these young ladies who were doing nothing but asking for their receipt and their money back. I told the manager there should be a better way to handle this then calling the police for NO REASON - the ladies were not yelling or threatening or violent. When I said i thought there was a better way to handle this he said "GOD BLESS YOU". Why you bringing God into this? You are the one being rude. Embarassing the way these employees treaded these young ladies. I'll never spend another dollar at this prejadice place.

Worst possible experience ever at a 711. Absolute deplorable Clerk, June 5th 2020. This tends to be a repeating experience(owner/employees with terrible people skills) at 711 Stores. Very similar to Super 8 hotels. Not worth mentioning what appears to be their country of origin.

Never opened in the night. Always has a paper saying they’re closed for cleaning. Not beneficial for it to show open to just show up and turns out they’re “closed”.
