AT&T Store

I had the best experience at this store . Hye helped me with every aspect of my new phone . From transferring to any questions I had . He explained everything in detail. Thanks for all your help !!!!

I went into this store to have issues with my Apple Watch addressed. I was helped by Dane, who did a fantastic job of explaining everything very thoroughly and was very friendly and personable. The issue was resolved quickly and without any issues. I would highly recommend this store as to other stores in the area, as this is the best service I’ve received from any AT&T store.

I went into the Howell location today, which was very busy. Paul greeted me when I first walked in and my wait was not long at all. He got me two new phones and watches plus all the accessories, everything was all hooked up and working when I left the store. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you again Paul!!

I went to the howell store because I had a big issue with a purchase of an iPhone from another store, and Bill help me . I have to tell you Bill is awesome, !! not only He knows what He is doing but He really cares and wants to help you. He is a very good assets to the company. Thank you Bill!! Not only you solved my issue , but you make me feel really appreciated as a client.

I was having a bad day with my phone so I decided to get the new S23 Ultra and had travel an extra 20 minutes to the nearest AT&T store that had the phone in stock. I arrived at 7:30 pm just before they closed. Fortunately Paul was there and saved the day. Paul was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and professional. Moving forward I will go the extra 20 minutes to see Paul for all my phone service needs.

Great costumer service!! Both employees were super helpful, but Nicole is who I worked with most and she was a pleasure. Ordered a new iPhone and it shipped to the store super fast! Got everything transferred and set up easy peasy!!

Anthony, at the Howell, NJ AT&T store is great! He is helpful, friendly and patient. He explained the iPhone options to me, then answered all of my questions (some of them several times each, but never acted annoyed!) He made choosing a new phone a pleasant and easy experience.

After two days of dealing with phone line customer support (that NEVER calls back) and a horrid experience at the Oakhurst store, I am so thankful I found Brianna and Danny! They both went above and beyond to resolve my issue! I can not thank them both enough for their expertise and professionalism! I hope you both see this..... Thank you so much!!!

I went in to purchase a new iPhone 12 but wasn’t sure which model to get so the sales representative Johnathon Teeling was very helpful with me. He took his time explaining what each model can do and there features. I had an old iPhone 7 Plus which still works but it was time for a new phone. He helped me and I made my decision. I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro I didn’t want a big phone anymore so the 12 pro was right for me. Johnathan is very professional and knowledgeable at what he does and he also isn’t pushy. It was really a pleasure doing business with him. Thank you for a great experience at AT&T.

Victor and abraham helped me out yesterday switching phones, they went above and beyond when they didn't have to at all. Victor is extremely knowledgeable, patient , and honest , that's what I look for , someone you can trust in sales. Abraham is a confident young sales man , he is confident, he went out of his way to answer my obnoxious questions!!! I know where I will bring all of my wireless service from now on. Thank you for your support fellas - unfortunately now you won't get rid of me. But they changed a very negative experience that I was having into a simple no nonsense fix, I appreciate your time guys - thank you
