I love H.E.B. They are the best grocery store. They have the best selection, the best customer service and the best prices.

I always shop here its safe clean and the checkout is fast and the people are friendly

Clean and surprising well stocked despite being a third of the size of the nearby HEB super store near Hwy 365. I like it because I can get in and out quickly.

I love this grocery store. Their prices are very competitive and they are coupon friendly unlike Wal-Mart. I like that fact that they also have their own coupons throughout the store to use on different products. This is a great incentive for shoppers and a money saver at the same time. Their cashiers are very friendly.

I absolutely love this location. It's a smaller store but still has everything we need. The customer service at both local HEB's is phenomenal

Always a Great store. Plenty of stock to choose from. Employees are very nice and helpful. Good discounts and accept coupons. Smaller HEB's have better parking for handicapped people

Shopping was easy. When asking an employee where an item was, he knew and I went on my way. The only negative being parking. Usually I shop when the store opens, however today I went around 3:00.
It just made me remember to go earky.

For a smaller grocery store, they always have what we need. The prices are great and the staff is helpful and friendly. Checkout lines usually move pretty fast. Even in the busier times, they move more staff to open more registers so you don't have to wait long.

As always plenty of checkers, and people on the floor to help you. Under the circumstances doing the best they can. Lots of empty shelves but that is out of their control. Had an orderly system in place to ration out bottled water and security at the door. Great job HEB !!!!

I am 71 and today (Nov 2nd) was the first day since April that I did my own shopping absolutely anywhere for that matter because I'd felt so very unsafe and paranoid due to Covid, but I felt comfortable and safe while at this HEB Pantry... the store was very clean with their spray sanitizer guy constantly spraying everything. Thank you!

H.E.B. is an excellent grocery store, the have wonderful cashiers and management. I love the fact that they accept coupons from the internet as well as from the Sunday paper without any hassle. There prices are very competitive to Wal-Mart and they have better produce than Walmart.

Just love love love this store I also visit the one on Hwy 365, Beaumont on Dowlen Street they all are great you can't give me a coupon that I'm not going to use. Keep up the good work. I also use your Pharmacy.

Heb is my grocery store. The employees are always helpful. I don't go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to go to another store (which is NEVER)...Even when I go anywhere in Texas..

Even though this HEB was very busy my time in line wasn't long at all.

Excellent , friendly and very helpful. Wish you had a HEB pantry in Orangefield Texas surrounding are includes Bridge City Texas with a combined population of 12000. 50% elderly.

Nice manager the Spanish ones. Sorry I call it like I see it they always welcome to help. Lines are sometimes long.i see people working and not with masks under nose
