Just like any Harbor Freight.
Employees are friendly and eager to help.
Store is clean, well stocked and everything is easy to find.

Went in for an adjustable hitch. They had exactly what I needed.
Bought the hitch, the ball and a wrench.
Took it out and I realized it wouldn't work for what I needed.
Repackaged everything and went back to return. The cashier (Tom I believe was his name, an older gentleman) was completely understanding and made the return process simple and quick.

We had some friendly chit chat while he was working on my return and made me feel like a valued customer.

I bought a bag for tools, the bag is very good, but I realized that I don’t need such a bag yet and will return it back to the store. But the bag is very comfortable and I will buy it soon

Great place to grab tools in a pinch they usually have a basic tool to complete the job no matter what it is. There are a few accessories I believe they should carry to support some items but other than that check here first for a quick need of a tool for a specialized task they will usually have it when no one else does.

Love this place. Decent enough tools for a great price. There is always a gem or two to be had.

The quality is way better than it used to be. Great price for tools great quality. I trust harbor freight and I can afford it also. Winch chain saw multiple jacks blades straps tarps moving blanket. They have everything a handy man needs. They even have solar panels. Look for coupons online before you go.

Friendly, helpful people working here..There is so much stock of different items, so it's easy to overlook what you are looking for.

Usually find what you need knowledgeable staff if you buy something they try to find it in the coupon book to help you out

Harbor Fright Tools has really good tools at very reasonable prices. But the customer service I got from Paulett the very sweet awesome cashier was amazing!! She was so helpful and asked the right questions to make sure we had what we needed.

three-way tacher staple gun kit is a stapler that is good for medium use ... I put 1500 staples and it works very well
