AT&T Store

Mitchell blew me away with his his customer service. I showed up with 4 different issues and in about 20 minutes he had me out the door with everything resolved. I had annoying issues, so if it annoyed him, he has a heck of a poker face. Lol. He seemed more than happy to help with everything. I appreciate that kind of service so much

My wife and I just had the most amazing experience in any phone store ever. We worked with Lola, and she was helpful, officiant, and a great attitude, and was able to help us with transferring my verison phone with AT&T. Definitely made the switch to AT&T worth all the effort because of her. If you ever need help ask for her!

I went in trying to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T along with buying a new phone. I usually hate going in and will try to avoid it if possible but Lola took her time and walked me through everything from setting up the phone, to any questions I had about the plan itself. Very happy with that store.

I want to start by saying that I’m not a huge fan of having to go into the phone store at all because i know I’m gonna be there all day & won’t leave without paying an arm or leg. Today however, i went in with 1 issue needing fixed & while there decided to ask if maybe he could look at another…. Not only have i been having (the second issue) problems for about 6 months (that’s how much i don’t like going in, soo i ignore it) but this AMAZING man named Mitchell (Mgr.- as he should be😉) came to my rescue & literally fixed my 6 month issue in about 1 1/2 minutes, as my jaw hit the ground… couldn’t believe it!! He seriously took my stress & anxiety away as he greeted me with a smile & actually looked at me as he asked about ME & MY day…. It felt like i was the only customer there & that he cared, not like i was a “number” but a person… all the while he was cool, calm & collected but extremely knowledgeable & very humble but confident. He handled me with care & efficiency…. I don’t see that anymore, soo i took note & wanted to make sure everyone knew that MITCHELL is the guy to see!! I manage my own store in a different industry & it makes it hard when you have last minute customers that truly need assistance but he never made me feel silly, stupid or rushed.
He made my experience easy & if i ever need to go back in, i will NEVER go anywhere else!! He made a believer outta me to still have hope in humanity!! Lol
Thanks Mitchell & AT&T for the help & education tonight!! It’s safe to say that i left with all my limbs attached!!🙌🏻

I had a wonderful experience switching over, I wasn’t hassled and was only asked once politely any of the questions for add on options. The employee, Justice, was very friendly, understanding, and he helped me swiftly get my company discount and account setup to switch from Metro. Also a really easy experience porting over my data from my trade in.

Mitchell, Alex, and Nimo were amazing!! Mitchell had the patience of a god. He’s doing great at training the new hires. Even got me a discount I didn’t know I qualified for. Even had a “Christmas” clearance bin with some amazing deals!! This store and crew are sooooo awesome! Don’t shop anywhere else people.

My compliments to Mitchell for his great customer service today. It had already had a long day with customer service at two previous stops. I am 71 and use a walker and I was tired. I was trying to solve a problem that I had with a pair of AT&T phones, He quickly solved my problem and went the extra step of setting up one of the phones for me. The postive additude about the problem, and then, going the extra step were greatly appreciated. I have been to this store before multiple times and have left sometimes unhappy about the customer service I received there.

Great interactions with Wade and Alfred. They both helped me with an upgrade and made the process quick, seamless and actually fun. Definitely recommend this AT&T store!

The visit was longer than planned due to technical issues ... BUT Mitchel at the AT&T (The Landing location - Renton) more made up for it. Used his resources, acknowledged the mishap, serviced other customers while multitasking... Way to recover and never fail under pressure Mitchel.... You & AT&t (through you) gained my respect

Yesterday I went in for a simple purchase (accessories for my NEW phone).
The service was prompt, thorough and professional - while also personable and relatable. Justice and Alex went above and beyond in talking me through my questions and needs. They offered product suggestions and understood my budget considerations.
If you’re not shopping this location you are missing out on excellent service and quick attention.

Had a question about my bill and they answered it and I walked out in less than 10 minutes. Great service!

Fast and friendly service from the workers and manager. I try not to go into a store to upgrade my phone but online wasn’t working. I’ll be coming to this location for any future AT&T matters.
