I was pleasantly surprised to see the return of the courtesy clerk. The service was fast and friendly. They have recently replaced the entry doors with a updated and more functional door system.

Great customer service more than makes up for the slightly higher costs of product at United. I have shopped more and more at United and less and less at Family Dollar, Dollar General, and Walmart. My favorite part of shopping at Walmart Family Dollar or Dollar General is the exit. If I have the choice I avoid Walmart, Family Dollar, and Dollar General in favor of United Groceries. Customer service is the vast difference. Most people I talk with despise Walmart, Family Dollar, and Dollar General almost as much as I do. I've upped my standards Walmart, Family Dollar, and Dollar General, so up yours!

I love this smaller store. They have everything you need and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

United is a hood store. They're too high on priceso. They are an only have to go to store for me. Walmart is my preference store.

I first entered the entrance to United Supermarket in WoodWard Oklahoma and the minute I stepped foot in the building I saw personnel that worked there smile and greet me and asked if they could help me. They had smiles that made me feel welcome to be there. I was looking for some seasoning for hamburgers I was cooking, a staff member behind the meat department counter came up to me before I could even ask his assistance he must have seen the puzzled look on my face because I wasn't sure what seasoning would work for me, he knew what the seasonings did and explained them to me. I am really glad to see there is still people like that that love to assist a person that's not very well knowledgeable when it comes to such things as using seasonings.

Well stocked store, employees helpful, no waiting to check out.

Very clean and friendly customer service

I don't know I might be a little bit partial to this store then going there since I was a little kid with my grandma and my mom and the place is just always been really friendly and had good help and clean and a good meat department.

Drove over here to get the Santa Fe Salsa that I love and that is hard to find. The store looked well-stocked, was clean and the employees were really friendly.

Actually, I was in Woodward for dinner and decided to stop and see if maybe they carried my salsa. They had it! I often check out stores trying to find this salsa. This time I scored!

There is a profound effort to please the customer here. I like to come here for bread baking supplies because there is a better selection than at Walmart. They work very hard to offer some major bargains every week and I was pleased to see they offer a price match even when the price leaders have sold out. The price match coupon even gives an additional discount on a dozen eggs!

I was there on the first of the month and they were very helpful. I had forgot to get the toilet paper that was on sale. I believe it was the manager and he went and got it for me. I'm disabled and that was so kind of him. This was my first time doing shopping there and I had the best experience in a grocery store ever. I will be returning there to shop again.

Kind of an old mom and pop store feel.
Yes it's more expensive than Walmart but the chance to be able to see more local items and way pressure produce not to mention non-corporateized employees is such a rarity in the grocery industry industry these days... Kind of brings back a nostalgic feel of that little hometown grocery store from back when you were young . Did I mention great produce LOL! Also a meat selection that comes for red River ranch and is to die for any cut of meat to die for mmmmmmm......, 😉

They have Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte and Peppermint Mocha coffee! Friendly staff. Clean. Easy to navigate.

Great staff, employee owned - best quality meat you can get from a local supermarket. Also sometimes has things you cant get at the other supermarkets. (Spices, sauces, etc.)

Always great deals and love their sales. Products always fresh and meats are always freshly cut and prepared. Don't shop anywhere else for my meats.

I just enjoy the simplicity of a grocery store. Reserved for all the basic necessities. Great, friendly, fast and alert sales service. Thank you all.
