Stopped in for a blinker bulb for my Jeep.

Removed the old one while parked in front of the store (that's how it's supposed to happen, right?) and took it inside. The clerk looked at the numbers and pulled a 2 pack from the shelf and had us out the door in no time at all.

The clerk was friendly and attentive, didn't just let us wander around and fail at finding what we needed.

Store was clean and well stocked. We shop here often!

I bought an 06 Taurus and a week later service engine light came on and I stopped at O'Reilly's and an employee named Chase came and read the code, looked up the part, even helped me change the part in the parking lot, then cleared the code. Really great service, above and beyond what I expected.

I've been getting parts here for close to 10 years now since moving to Oklahoma. They have always had good customer service and have treated me well. Often at other parts stores, careless parts people have gotten me the wrong parts just because they were too lazy to clarify something they weren't sure about. Daimen is my favorite parts guy and has never even once given me the wrong part. When I have to travel 70 miles round trip to get parts that is a big deal to me.

Got new wipers, they installed them. Prices are good.

Today @ approximately 2pm I went to Auto Zone to buy a belt and oil filter for my car. Transaction started off normally for a masked person speaking through a plexiglass window. But when the lady asked me which belt I needed reading off the several options, without thinking and struggling to hear what she was saying I looked around the edge of the plexiglass window to try to get a look at the parts screen as I and many others have done in the past many times when I was suddenly, loudly and with a threatening tone was told to step back and distance myself in a way that caused me to feel assaulted. I felt my face instantly flush as I said ok I will take my business to O Reilly’s. I’m not one for upsetting easily and don’t leave many bad reviews but today is an exception. Then when I called to talk to the manager Liesa, she condoned the behaviors of her employee and said her employee acted in accordance with corporate policy. 5 minutes later I was greeted with great customer service at o-Riley’s and acquired the parts I needed without being treated like a plaque to society. Thank you O Reilly’s for treating me like a human being and providing quick customer service. I’m usually in a hurry and your packed parking lot usually dentures me on to autozone. Now I understand why their store is consistently empty.

The employees are knowledgeable and very courteous. If they don't have it in stock they will make sure you don't wait long for the part you need.
