Best McDonald's around. Food is fresh and cook to the highest standards. Got a quarter pounder meal. The fries were hot crispy and fresh. The burger and coke excellent. They are always friendly and get your food quickly. I worked at a McDonald's 32 years ago. And this is one of the best. Make everything perfect. Great staff outstanding crew!!!!👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ran by mostly teenagers and they did way better than those ran by adults!! The manager couldn't have been more than 21 and his crew all looked to be about 16 to 19 of age. Perfectly made burger and nuggets plus our fries were awesome!!

I only go once in awhile on Sunday and get oatmeal. It was warm. The hashbrown was cooked just right. Better then the one in town, in my opinion.

Best Mcdonald's service we've had in a long time. Helpful, friendly, efficient, and everyone was so very pleasant! And the food was excellent, down to my 6:30 p.m. oatmeal!

Only had a half hour for lunch. Had 3 different orders. The food was fresh, the order was Right, FAST made it back to work on time. Went inside

My family relocated from Minneapolis to Houston and we received our three vehicles and motorcycle earlier than anticipated. They really provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Would definitely use again in the future if we happen to move again. Overall great experience with quality service.

Everyone was soooooooo nice! They even brought our orders to the table. Told them it wasn't necessary but Thank You. They smiled and said," It's our pleasure. That alone is why l gave it a 5. The food was fresh and hot so l was totally satisfied with everything( short wait, hot food, and great customer service. Very pleasant atmosphere and clean).

One of the better McDonalds around the area!! Usually pretty clean, trained correctly staff, and the employees seem to be motivated to work!! Oh, it's just my experience here 5 stars, well because I've never had to bring a sandwich back or complain about an error in my order!!

Both a person taking the order and the person taking the payment were very nice. The outside of the restaurant was clean. The food was correct, hot and they even included napkins and straws woohoo.

Stopped in for 10 pcs nuggets and a coffee.
Manager smiled and was pleasant. She even got me to spend a tiny bit more for more food. Good idea. Food and coffe was ready quick and hot. Customer service is a tough job. Keep smiling!

Really great customer service. I wish I grabbed the name of the young woman who helped us. Had to go thru the line 3 times bc my tween couldn’t make up her mind on what she wanted. As I’m going thru the line for the last time bc I now had to order fries, and my patience was gone and temper was growing, the young woman threw an order of fries in the bag and said “no charge. And go have a nice day”. Thank you! I am super appreciative!

On June 6, 2020, at 11:05 am, I ordered a cheeseburger and fries at the Geneva, OH McDonald's. The cheeseburger looked like it could have been on a TV ad and it tasted delicious. The fries were delicious too. Whenever I get a cheeseburger from other locations, I get a smashed sandwich that is so disappointing. Thank you so much. This McDonald's location is definitely doing something right. 😊

The cashier was very friendly and communicated well. I felt like I was being served, rather than just feeling like just anybody. The new remodel is nice also.

I can't say enough about there BISCUITS with sausage! I love them. I like this McDonald's at Geneva exit (state route 534)They have more room to eat than the McDonald's at the Madison exit (state route 528).

Quick service through the drive through. The food is what you would expect at McDonald's. The Iced Coffee my wife ordered was good when I snuck a drink.

Very clean inside, including the bathrooms. Food tastes fresh for a McDonald's. Fast friendly service. Modern interior with kiosk ordering. Located right off the highway. A recommended stop on I90 for fast food.
