Amazing store and great help! If I could give more stars I would! Dylan was amazing! We tried to get new phones in Ohio before we left for PA and our Thanksgiving break. The store near the mall by our house, gave us the run-around and basically tried to just sell us their internet service, and did not get us the phones we needed and didn't even bother to order them. We get to St. Marys, PA and Dylan takes care of us like we were his regular customers! He was able to get our old files, contacts, messages, apps, etc. uploaded with his help! He was beyond amazing! He was so patient, and understanding, and was able to make sure we were able to get a decent price and he advised us about getting rid of the internet! He was awesome! This company will get my business anytime I am PA! Thank you Dylan for your professionalism and help over our Thanksgiving break! You deserve all the accolades and I hope that you are rewarded for your exemplary customer service! You were top notch, and you really saved us from a disastrous situation! Thanks again Dylan!

I lost my phone while on a hunting trip in the area and came here for some help. The staff was fantastic and I ended up getting a new, upgraded phone in less than an hour! If you need a new phone or help with an older one come to this store. Would rate 10 stars if I could!

Angela Laird provided excellent customer service and saved me a significant amount of money in the process. She made purchasing a new phone, as well as the transfer of data, very simple and easy. And all of this on Labor Day. Much appreciated! Would highly recommend.

I just want to thank Elijah Snell who help me with a huge problem with my iPhone 14 that I had purchased the latter part of February this year. My iPhone was on a security lock and I couldn’t fix it and even apple couldn’t help me. Elijah Snell usually works in the Clearfield Pa store but happened to be working in the St Mary’s Pa store.. I hadn’t had any way to call, text anyone on my phone due to the security lock..He spent 2 hours trying to get my phone to unlock and he did it!! I am so pleased with such professionalism he had given me!! I even bought a couple of things while I was there..Verizon you have one awesome salesman working on your team!! Keep up the good work!!!

If you need any help you call Angela Laird she is the most helpful no matter what question I have she is sure to answer it. She treats me with such respect and is really listening to help me with my issues fully with this phone I don't understand. What I am trying to say is Angela Laird is really good at her Job.

Angela Laird helped me get a new phone when mine got completely smashed. She was so friendly and very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the promotions/discounts I was eligible for. Even helped hold my baby while I was setting up my new phone. I normally hate going to Verizon,I put it in the same category as the DMV and being arrested. I was greeted and received immediate service from Jake, I was in and out with a compete new phone in less than 25 minutes, he was knowledgeable and gave real answers to my questions. I was shown options to chose for including affordable accessories. No pressure to buy or upgrade.

I was ready for an upgrade and Scott S. provided excellent customer service. He priced out everything for me and got the best deal! Very informative and assisted me with picking out the right case and screen protector. 10/10 recommend cellular sales in St.Marys and Scott S. Very happy customer!

I'm a previous T-Mobile customer who came to this Verizon store to switch carriers and hopefully snag a new-ish phone for cheap. What I got was so much more than that. My agent was Scott Stubber, and I've never experienced a more honest sales agent ever!; He explicitly explained exactly what I would be charged and why, and when. A true gentleman.

Not to mention how precise he was when applying the screen protector I purchased. 11/10

Came and got a new phone from a guy named Scott. He was very helpful and had awesome friendly personality. I will recommend him to everyone i know. I have done business there a bunch of times and he honestly is the best person out of all them. He is definitely the only person I'll be doing my business with there from now on.

I recently needed to switch over my phone number to a new line. I had been avoiding it for months because from prior experience it takes forever! Kelsea did a phenomenal job helping explain the different plans they offer. She also reviewed all the phone details, but made sure I understood everything rather than overwhelming me with details.
She made sure to review discounts and trade offers as well.

I had a great experience here. Scott was helpful in getting my daughter set up with a screen protector. He was knowledgeable about options. I was thrilled that he was able to apply it while we were in the store. We will be back when it’s time to upgrade her to a phone on our plan.

I called in with a quick question about a promo that Verizon was offering. I met with Scott in St. Mary’s and he took the initiative to give my account a complete run through, ungraded my phone and watch and was completely considerate to my time. Other times I’ve been in Verizon for hours trying to upgrade devices. He was proactive about getting my phone and watch in and we were in and out in under an hour! I would highly, highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a great deal with even better customer service!!!
