AT&T Store

This is an awesome store. I had an issue with my phone and the manager Storm was nice enough to help me through every step of the process. He is an awesome manager and is definitely worthy of the praise. Once again thank you Storm and for all the joy that you bring to your store. A+++++++++++++

Christian (hope that's how you spell it lol) and Storm were a major help for me when I went in there a hour before closing....I had a real debacle of a phone situation and they were able to get me a brand new phone when I had serious doubts about it

Went to this store on Friday and dealt with Darius. Darius greeted us immediately, was able to answer 99% of our questions and if he wasn’t sure wasn’t afraid to involve a manager to get the correct answer. He went above and beyond with his customer service, attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism. If I was still in sales I’d try and steal him for my team. The whole experience was excellent and we left with the Apple Watch that my mom wanted. If you want a good friendly professional experience, ask for Darius.

Marissa is incredible and was so awesome and patient during our visit - we spent 3 hours in the store trying to transfer my mother in laws phone. She was very helpful and incredible with us. Thank you Marissa!

Thank you Ashley and Mike!! great service, great upgrades that included trade in value! Usually stopping in at the store gives one pause, do I really have hours to give to this errand? So glad I stopped in to have my account reviewed, I haven't done that since I switched to AT&T years ago. Ashley and Mike took a close look at what I needed and have saved me $$ on my monthly fees. I was able to take advantage of trade ins while the current offers gave value to my old equipment. Great to work with and very friendly smart service! Many thanks!!

Kyra at Seekonk Mass store is phenomenal. She knows her stuff. Professional, knowledgeable, and quick!!!! I call to get her schedule to talk to her everytime we need anything. Cant say enough great things about her!!

Nayra was extremely helpful in helping me upgrade my pre-paid plan. I had been to a few other AT&T stores who said the couldn’t help me because it was pre-paid. But not only did Nayra do it without any issues at all, but she was also extremely friendly and personable AND she didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Just truly there to help people and make sure her customers are happy 😃

Shay was very helpful , patient and kind. She explained everything. I left the store with a full understanding of my transaction for the first time in AT&T . I've been a customer for years . She also took her time to tell me how much my bills where going to be including the fees .

Had the pleasure of working with Elkin today. Let me just start off by saying that he was super helpful, not only did he take his time but he was patient, knowledgeable & sweet. Recommend this store never have been let down !

David Segrain from the Seekonk, MA AT&T store was amazing. He greeted me as I walked in and was able to get me the new iPhone 13 quickly. I wad switching from a different Carrier and the transfer was flawless with his help. He is an amazing addition to your team. I will make sure I visit this store again! Thank you.

I've had the pleasure of working with Hannah twice in the past few months. I rushed in on Christmas Eve after my son's phone would not reboot or turn off. Hannah was so quick to help and . The phone battery had to "die" so it could be reset so that meant it had to be drained by pressing the single popup on the screen repeatedly. Rather than turning us away or referring us to the Apple Store becasue of the software issue she offered to work on his phone while I went and prepped for Christmas Eve. A short while later she called saying it was fixed and I could pick it up before closing or they would hold it until I could there after the holiday.

I returned today with my mother to add 2 lines and pickup new phones for my parents. I had already placed an order a week before online that needed to be canceled because the order failed to ship almost a week later.

Hannah was eager to help and understood exactly what we needed right away. She wrote everything down for my parents to make it easy for them to know what phone numbers they had, what phones each one had and explained how to transfer pictures and contacts. During the porting process for one of the numbers we ran into an issue that required calling their tech line. Although the store was getting busier with other customers she was very patient and never made us feel rushed. She made sure both phones were working before we left so my parents could focus on getting used to the new phones. It was really nice to work with someone not just once but twice who understands how to work with the public and provide excellent service.

Elkin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout our entire experience and stayed after hours to help us set up our phones. This was a wonderful experience as a customer from a terrific young man that should be recognized for his customer centric focus.

Great Location and great service. One of the sales reps there, Cameron, was highly knowledgeable regarding phones/technology, and tended to my desired needs immediately. He expressed heavy interest and made my visit quick and simple. Great experience overall!

My experience at the Seekonk store was excellent. Elkin and Hannah were so cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a true pleasure. Elkin spent so much time explaining and patiently answering my many questions. I would, however, suggest that your company make it easier for your techs to get through to various help departments during the course of their day, and not have to wait on hold so long.

Great Service. Knowledgeable associates. Clean store. All the associates including the management were respectful, helpful and ready to fix my problem. Curt Boardman was outstanding, understood the problem and was immediately ready to help. AT&T has unmatched and superior associates than that of T-Mobile & Verizon. If you need to switch carriers, choose AT&T, you won't regret it!

Assisted us picking out a protective case and a screen protector that she applied professionally and not missing a beat as explaining everything about the phone that we needed to know.
