Plaid Pantry

Whenever I go in there its always good cashier's are very kind and nice and welcoming.

I always receive good customer service. Great selection store is well organized.. sometimes smelly bums are hanging out front of the store.. they're pretty sketchy . But otherwise a great Plaid Pantry location.

Real nice employee, I believe his name was Justin. Nicest employee ever.

I really love going to plaid pantry,like seeing the workers and talking to them,am a regular there so it's really easy for me to ask for things when I know who is working.

I was glad to find a convenience store that was open on the way back. That's the only reason I gave it 3 stars. The 24 hour operation and the fact that THIS particular location featured 76 gas. Not very busy, but it was around 3am (Nov. 3 '22). Pretty clean but a gloomy presence and it didn't help that the young man behind the counter was rude and should NOT be working any job that requires customer service or personal interaction. No smile (a very irritated expression actually), monotone speech, no greetings, just a very poor presence. Enough to put other people in a bad mood just encountering this young man. AND THEN he had an issue with the pictures that I had taken to post here!! I couldn't believe it. Even after my explaining what I was taking them for with a smile, he still didn't return any sort of pleasantry and simply turned his back and walked away. But as long as you don't encounter this particular clerk, I think you'll be OK here. Great gas, reasonable prices and open 24 hours.

Do not drink that folgers coffee they claim as fresh. That is terrible. Service is typically good.

Staff doesn't care about anything. Nasty customers to.

Wouldn’t let my 4 year old use their bathroom even though we were paying customers.

Staff do not care about customers. Staff do not respond well when there is an issue in which *they have done a poor job. I would recommend not using this location for *any needs. I would not even give this location one star except in order to leave this review it is a requirment.

What is this place problem now, 3 times this month I get there at 5am there always a sign saying be right back all doors are locked. Then I see people pumping there own gas. Maybe they should not be open 24/7. I will not be back to this store again. They can't stay open

So I work in senior care so the pure fact that they don't wear their mask irritates me to no end. Most of the staff doesn't know what the hell they're doing, they're rude and very unprofessional. I don't appreciate being talked down to

Went in for dinner stuff because I'm low on food. Old guy in the corner not wearing a mask the whole time, wandered around the store coughing. The guy out front mask around his chin, came inside that way until I looked at him. Cashier, mask around her mouth only. Won't be going back.
