A big thank to you Andrew for helping my boyfriend and I pick out new running shoes! We’ve been in the market for quality shoes for a while but never knew what to look for. Andrew was quick, knowledgeable, and very kind. We both walked out with huge smiles on our faces. Very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the perfect fi!

Got my first pair of running shoes here tonight. Sheryl measured, sized me and kept giving me shoe options to try until I found the fit I loved. She was patient and knowledgeable. When I found the perfect pair I immediately felt like I was ready to go on a run. Thanks, Sheryl! Loved the service and the shoes. Will come back and recommend the store.

Fantastic store! Wonderful customer service. I feel bad I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped my husband find a pair of running shoes, but he was very friendly and great at helping him. It was a much quicker process of finding a shoe than I was expecting. My husband was very pleased with his purchase.
Going to a store a like this takes the guess work and pressure off of finding the right shoe for you. They measure your foot, watch your gait and even looked at my husband's old running shoe's tread to get an idea of what kind of arch support he might need.
The lady there helped me run after my energetic toddler and they even had little (and big) stuffed animals there to help keep him entertained.

The staff member was knowledgeable and helpful. He suggested that I try a different but similar shoe to the one that I've been wearing, and I ended up liking his suggested shoe even better!

As a traveller and walked I was looking for walking pair of shoes to replace my old NBs and I am happy that I visited On the Run today. Great customer service and huge selection of the shoes for your needs. We tried several brands (Saucony, Hookah, New Balance) and different sizes to find out that NB880 are the best one for me. Thank you "Jersey" ma'am for your professional help, great assistance and selecting the right size for me. With those new New Balance 880 a feel like walking on the cloud.

I have been going here for years. My latest experience, I had to travel for work and would be working overseas for some months. I already know my shoe and size, they worked with me to get some new ones mailed to me very quickly. The associates working here are excellent and so helpful!

On the run is a highly recommended for all things running. I went there and got shoes fitted, after they analyzed my gait and the length of each of my feet. There's a decent selection of shoes, but they'll select a few that fit your feet and you can choose which ones feel best. I didn't end up buying shoes because they're not in my budget, but they offer a 10% discount for students. And they have a good return policy! 👌🏻

The store is great!!! Most of the shoes are too. I love the Hoka’s. But watch out for mizuno shoes. After a month they develop a bad smell. Gotta be a factory made issue. Doesn’t smell like feet. Only shoes I’ve ever had with this issue.

I am on my feet for around 8hrs/day 5 days/wk working. Normally by the end of the day my feet are absolutely killing me and my toes are numb. I am so glad that I finally visited this store for some much needed help!

The lady quickly sized me and was able to recommend special shoes for my flat arches. Breaking in the new shoes was painful for the first couple of days, but now they feel amazing. I can finish a long day of work and my feet don't feel sore at all. I wish I found out about this place sooner and I am glad I will not need expensive orthotics!

I walked into On The Run for the first time yesterday. I’m new to running and in the last couple weeks I’ve been experiencing pain during exercise. I was immediately helped, had my gait observed and was brought out 4 different options. I left with shoes that so far have been great! Will be back!

The staff are polite and the service is worlds better than any big box store. They will help you do a test for gait and select multiple shoes to try, to say nothing of the incredible selection of shoes which includes widths that are non standard. Shoe wise the price is just right, apparel wise you may want to look elsewhere but if you are a huge fan of try before you buy they seem to have great regular buyer programs. All said I intend that all my running shoes and perhaps even some of the apparel will be purchased here.

Came here for the first time to get some running shoes so I can get back into it. Salesman was really helpful, and after observing my walk and taking my size, he came out with 5 or 6 pairs or shoes for me to try. Ordered the Mizunos I liked, and they came in a little over a week later. Fit and feel is perfect. Will DEFINITELY be back, and highly recommend.

Best shoes ever! Im Not even a runner but I've gotten my last three pairs of shoes here. I do use them for weight lifting and I haven't found a better pair of shoes to help with my deadlifts. The staff is always awesome and willing to help. I live in Sugarland and drove over just for these shoes!

Went in to buy running shoes for my husband. They fit him for a pair and were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection and prices are reasonable! I'd recommend them if you need help getting fit for shoes.

This place is awesome. I hardly ever have to wait because someone always greets me at the door to assist. The staff is amazing and they have the best selection I've seen in a similar sized running shoe store. Definitely recommend you check this place out for all of your running needs!
