AT&T Store

Walked in to see about having my monthly phone bill reduced, was blessed to have Golden help me out. Not only was he able to reduce my bill, he was able to upgrade both mine AND my Wife's phones. New phones + lower monthly overall cost and we didn't even have to change our data plan. Wonderful. Ask for Golden if you visit this location!! Fantastic Service!

I must give him a good review. He was very clever and patient in helping us solve the problem. This is the best service manager I have ever seen: Golden 😃

They moment we walked in this store sales rep Payton was great. My husband lost his phone so we needed to get a new one. I unfortunately didn’t get the insurance so we would have still of had to pay off phone but luckily I was able to use the upgrade on one of my phones and was able to get a great phone and only had to paid $2 more a month which I was happy about considering the experience at the Cypress store. That sales rep didn’t care about giving us the best deal. He said we would have to pay off lost phone and even with using upgrade from on their phone I would still have to pay for cost of new phone upfront. He didn’t know his product or how to service his costumer.

The Gentleman name Golden at this store helped us tremendously. Great customer service. Stayed by our side while on the phone with customer service. Took notes for us and helped us resolve our issues.

I would like to thank the gentleman that was working there this morning, I guess his name was Paton. He was very cordial and professional taking care of me and another lady that stepped by simoutanesly as he was there by himself. Thank you!

As soon as we got there the guys welcomed us and asked what they could do for us. The guy was very honest and showed us what we would pay and why, and how to save money, and was very patient and didn't tell us what to buy but how it would help us down the road. Sometimes with other customer services, they send you to different people and then you end up bouncing around and not getting answers because the person that you are asking for help gets too lazy to get someone that can help or do it himself, but this guy made sure all our questions were answered and anything he didn't know he would find out a fast as possible for us. Thank you for the great customer service!

Staff was very attentive and helpful. This is the reason I've been with AT&T for over 10 years.

The employee that was there today was quick, kind, helpful, and understanding. She helped me and within 5 minutes, I was in and out. However the only thing I noticed about the store itself was that she was alone in the store. That’s a big reason people leave jobs—when they are expected to be manager and employee and don’t have either the training OR the desire to do both. She really should have someone in there with her for safety purposes. From our short interaction, I can tell she’s not the kind of employee you want to lose! I came into this AT&T store for some help because I was having issues with my phone and Ruben was quick to assist me. Great customer service and fixed all of my needs. I will definitely come back to this store!

Today I went to the AT&T location at FM 1960 & 290. I had just received a replacement iphone with my insurance and wanted help transferring my information from my old phone to my new one. Ivan Wilson helped with that. He was so courteous, knowledgeable & patient. He took his time & did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and continually checking on my phone’s progress.

I appreciate such a caring employee who made me feel like I was a very important customer. It isn’t that often, today, that employees value their job as well as their customers. You should be proud to have such a fine employee.

I would highly recommend Ivan to help you with your phone issues.

The employee Diamon was incredibly helpful, kind, and engaging. She was so helpful and I will absolutely be purchasing stuff from that store specifically because of her.

While Diamon was helping me a couple and then another gentlemen came in about maybe 15 minutes apart? She quickly acknowledged both parties upon their arrival kindly and asked what they were in for and let them know she’d be with them soon which I always appreciate as a customer and I’m sure they did too. Much later (i had a lot of questions and needed the help which she was kind enough to give and the other customers seemed understanding about as well) two other employees came in and helped the other two groups-I was confused as to why Diamon was just now being helped but also very impressed with how she wasn’t frazzled or anything by the semi line developing behind me.

Anyway-I was super impressed with her and will definitely be back specifically because of my experience with Diamon.

I came to ATand T store with a problem which I could not solve. Diamond gave me superior service. I was distraught, but her positive attitude and patience reassured me that I was in good hands and solved my problem and also my anxiety. She is worth her weight in gold. I am happy now and thankful that she is working for this company

We were in last week and talked with Jose. He was wonderful. He was very courteous and answered all of our questions. We wanted to switch services and get 3 new phones and tv service, but the store's phone trade in software was down. I was really disappointed because it's rare to get the kind of help that Jose provided. We reluctantly have to go to another store because of the software issue. We will return if ever needed as long as Jose is working there. I hope management gives him the appreciation and recognition that he deserves. Thanks again Jose!

I went in for a simple bill payment, and the lovely sales consultant, Lesslie helped me save money on my phone bill, while helping me get a new phone and line for my mother! Amazing customer service. Make sure to ask for her!

This was my first visit into this store. My visit at this establishment was nothing short of exceptional. Mo’s satisfactory and informative customer service helped guide me through my purchase. Employees like this are why I continue to stay with at&t. He was patient and attentive. I really appreciate his service.

For 7 or 8 months, at least, I've been unable to receive or retrieve voice mail messages on my cell phone. People are leaving messages, but it's not on my cell phone number. Where these messages have gone I have no idea. Resetting my voice mail didn't help, nor did deleting any 3rd party voice mail apps I had been using. Well, the folks at the store were helpful in resolving my problem. Now it's back to normal, and I can receive messages again (but is that a good thing???😁).

Amazing service!!! Went for a new plan, and the very nice lady Lesslie helped me out and gave me good deals and discounts for me and my family very nice lady super kind. Make sure you ask for her she’s great!!!

Diamon was excellent she helped me with all my needs customer service was great and I end up getting the watch I want after the other att store didn’t know what they were doing. I’ll come back and do business with them any day. They are going to get all my service needs from here on out. Thank you
