CVS Pharmacy

Honestly, it was my shopping experience with the floor associates, Ross. He was so wonderful. This man was professional, patient, and extremely pleasant. He was so attentive and answered all my questions concerning my Care Pass points and general knowledge of the store which better assisted with my shopping experience, we need more people like Ross!

Please treat employees kindly they are not responsible for changes in the store!! Kindness is contagious!! Treat others how you want to be treated!!! Thanks.

Excellent customer service at an important time in a health situation

CVS Somers Pharamcy is a terrible run business. Worst pharmacy in the area.

CVS stores are absolutely the worse including the pharmacies... No inventory, understaffed, nasty angry employees, check out machines that don’t work, dirty with empty shelves.. Just use your local family owned pharmacy… CVS is a division of a huge conglomerate.. not interested in maintaining a connection to their customers…. They could care less.

Frequently out of common perscription medications. Will not communicate with doctors when there are issues, so it leaves the patient calling back and forth. Have, on numerous occasions given the wrong quantity of pills and refused to remedy, instead implicating that the patient is lying. Always having systems issues and have no fall back system (so an internet or power outage can leave patients simply out of luck.) Pharmacy closes 10 to 15 minutes early occasionally without warning.
