Depends on who's working the shift. Recently noticed new employees. When receiving change make sure to count it in front of cashier. Clean and convenient.

On Google maps it says they are open 24 hours well I get here it's 4:25 AM and they have both doors locked nobody in sight on the inside you need to fix your s*** 7-11 And this is the 711 In Yorba Linda off of Lakeview & Yorba Linda

young employee who works night shift has terrible customer service gives me strange looks as if he wanted to have a physical altercation. throws my paid items on the counter. should re learn how to treat customers

Rewards system does not work at this location. Employees were extremely unaccommodating and insulting. It's worth the drive to the Valley View location. Avoid this location.

Young clerk (maybe new) always on his cell phone. Ask for a bag and he just place it on top of the merchandise expecting me to place the merchandise in the bag. Not even a hello or thank you. Kind of annoying that he is on the phone all the time. I would laugh he miss count his change because he is too busy with his phone….

Very disappointed. Iv been comimg here since I was a child. They shorted me 20 dollars just yesterday and are now denying it.
I double and triple checked for the missing 20 but it was very clear they had shorted me my change. I put the change in my pocket and when I took it out it was short.
Think what you will 20 dollars is alot to someone on minimum wage! Not cool

There is one employee at this location that is a short man with salt and pepper hair that will call the police if an African American individual even walks through the door, especially a kid. BEWARE and AVOID this location!

Horrible service and yeah they are not open 24 hours
Last week they closed at 2am common guys give a better service that's why you get pay for
