Went there shopping as Miss Norma the cashier
Was very helpful in regards to my questions in regards to merchandise I was purchasing.

As I waited inside for my ride a customer
Asked about some prices n how to best use his coupons not only did Miss Norma went above and beyond to explain in detail best way to use and benefit the coupons (Walgreens bucks )
She showed patience as he was confused n did not pay attention she was with customer for little over 10 minutes explaining. As customer started lining up the manager or whoever was in back office came out n assisted the customers in line.

Both employees serviced customers with a smile!!!
I’ll definitely will gladly spend money at this location

I appreciate the location, and that it's open til midnight every day!

Today I went through the drive-thru to pick up my meds. I am trying not to have any contact with no one. Due to I am not sure if I have the virus. The woman at the drive-thru was very understanding. I ask for a huge favor if she can throw in dish soap, I am trying not to go inside to keep others safe. The manager gave her the okay. Thank you for helping me and keeping others safe. God bless all the essential workers and protect them always.

Alex and Ryan are superior kind, helping great Pharmacist's. Very outgoing people that actually work, this includes the whole staff.

Very helpful associates and the pharmacist is always helpful when you have a question about your health needs

I’m impressed with this Walgreens clean floors & the employees are very nice.

Pharmacy doesn't play around one of the few in the city of Chicago that has rx ready when they say so

Totally awesome great customer service

At first they had the controlled codeine my dog needed. Told them to keep it in stock. Not! Then they tell ME I need to tell the pharmacy manager?!?! Like you can’t tell them?!?! They tell me he will be in tomorrow. So I call. Nope! His day off. How hard does this have to be? So I call the store manager and while she can’t guarantee he will do it, she at least will tell him. And I call corporate. They will message him. Why can’t someone say- it will get done??

This place does not have the personel to operate as a functioning store.

Just doesnt work. And maybe the rude complaints would go away if a worker wasnt constantly filling requests and not taking breaks.

This place needs security. Second time I've watched the SAME guy walk in, grab 2 cases of beer and walk out.

The clerk Edgars response "Well I'm not a manager". I stood in line for 3 minutes and saw he didn't radio, call, or signal to make any report on this.

This place needs to start hiring security and employees who care stop raising the prices on the consumer.

They fail to remind people about refills. I have a memory problem do to my disease. and I was put in a special insulin I take once a week. I get 3 months worth at a time. They caused me to miss my insulin dose because they failed to remind me of a refill...and they posted the wrong hours of service on here. I had to do their job and correct them.

The manager, of Walgreens by the name( ALEX FRIEDMAN PHARMACIST) is very rude as i when to get my medication. He's interviewing a young girl which is an employee of walgreens while i was waiting in line. He acted like i wasn't waiting. He took care of her right after he chatted with her. He complexly ignore me than when i asked him about a medication, He started to give a bad attitude. I don't think is professional to treat any customer in this matter. Or even worse trying to get someone from Walgreens to work for him while being on the clock .. He needs to be more educated. I stood waiting than he's co-worker took care of me.. Before i left i did get his name and stated i will report him to Head Quaters. VERY RUDE!! REMEMBER RESPECT IS EARN NOT GIVEN, DON'T MATTER THE COLOR OR RACE TREAT PPL WITH RESPECT!!
