I had such a happy shopping experience at the Loft today. I felt like I went back in time--a time when there were lots of employees around eager to help. A nice lady named Brenda helped me with some items I bought. Since I was alone, I asked her opinion about a dress I tried on. She sincerely told me it looked great and helped me make a decision. People like Brenda do my heart good. She was genuinely kind and helpful. This was my first visit to the Loft. I'll be back.

This store is clean and well organized. Their clothes are really cute and wash well. I have also found the employees here to be pleasant to talk to and very helpful.
