If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. When I was searching up a local shoe store, I stumbled upon a captivating photo featuring the owner surrounded by a diverse array of shoes. Instantly, I knew I had to visit. The image exuded such charisma and passion that I couldn't resist the urge to experience the store firsthand.

I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm by the owner.

Not only does the store boast an impressive selection of shoes, but what truly sets it apart is the owner's unparalleled knowledge and passion for footwear. It was evident from our conversation that he is incredibly well-versed in the art of shoe craftsmanship and design. He took the time to understand my preferences and provided invaluable recommendations tailored to my needs.

It's rare for a place to get 5 stars with a lot of ratings but I get why this one does.

I went in wanting something specific and was not told what I wanted to hear (A quick fix) which shows that the first priority wasn't a sale, but to keep me running long term.

Since I wasn't handed exactly what I wanted I had a lot of questions to understand what/why it wouldn't work. I work with the public and I would have annoyed myself, but they answered all of them.

I will go back to them for my next pair of shoes or coaching if they do that.

Fourth straight day of ‘garden-scaping’ in my new Hoka! Feet feel amazing! So glad I got black, they still look brand new.

Great store with a lot of options and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! I wasn’t sure what shoes I wanted when I went in, but Chip hooked me up! He spent so much time and effort grabbing tons different shoes and making recommendations based on past shoes I liked. He was also very patient with me in making my decision! I will be back for sure.

I have shopped here before to look for a pair of running shoes and at the time I didn't want to quickly buy a pair of shoes but the staff was so kind and understanding and didn't force me or pressured me to buy a pair. I came again just today and I was looking for a pair to buy and one of the staff members helped me pick my shoes and helped me find what I was looking for (at the time I didn't know what I was looking for) and now this is the only place I will go to for Gear and shoes!!!! Please check this place out even if you aren't going to buy anything!!!

I would drive through a snowstorm passing 1000 competitors to support Paul and he has the best store in the market. Great staff. Knowledgeable. And listen to your needs and are experts. Sell you what you need unless it isn’t what you want then will sell you what you want reluctantly. I have purchased 50 shoes here and would run barefoot or with dilapidated shoes before I would consider supporting an inferior business. Not trying to throw shade at others, but I can’t adequately praise this store without acknowledging superiority over his competitors!

This place is fantastic and the staff is wonderful! Was looking for a pair of shoes and rather than simply looking to sell me something, they verified the purpose of the shoes, evaluated my stride and offered several different options for me to choose from. Phenomenal customer service because they took the time necessary and I walked out as a very happy customer with the right pair of shoes.

Best shop in the Twin Cities, I tell all my friends to go here! Great options but mostly the staff is always friendly and helpful. They know all about their products and can easily help you find the right shoes for you. This is why they have 100% 5 star reviews! I love this shop and will continue to buy many more shoes from them just for the great service!

This store is great! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. There is a very large selection and they always have a good amount of stock that is on clearance for those that are a bit more frugal or just can't spend $150 for those top tier shoe models. I highly recommend!

Great store. Great brands. Very knowledgeable staff...makes buying new shoes and gear a breeze. If you have issues they take care of them very quickly without any hassles. Customer for life.....well at least as long as i keep moving around.

Great store. Everybody has knowledge of the type of shoes they sell. The workers will take the time to make sure you have the right shoe and fit. Paul is a wonderful person. No matter how long it has been since I seen him. He will always ask how I have been and how family is doing.

Due to today being memorial day, some of the typical running shoe stores I go to were closed, but luckily they were open! I was looking for a good pair of long distance running shoes and the worker (can’t recall her name) was so helpful and showed me a variety of shoes and even offered to let me do a practice run in them. She made my experience so personable, I will definitely be returning to this store!

I had a blast finding my perfect pair of shoes here. The staff was exceptional!!! I’m a beginner and know nothing about running shoes but am running a marathon in a few months. The staff led me to my perfect shoe, answered all my questions without making me feel like a newb, and even looked at my feet/stance to suggest the best pair. If you’re looking for shoes I highly suggest you support these fine people :)

All staff members were extremely helpful. They were all very knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried on several different shoes. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a pair of good shoes. Thank you for all your help !

Had SUCH a great experience here! Beth listened to exactly what I wanted/needed and showed me plenty of options. I appreciated that she didn't push me toward the most expensive shoe, which has been my experience at other running stores. Will absolutely be coming back!
