Amazing beef!! And such great people with stellar customer service!! I only eat grass-fed beef for health reasons, and the beef from GFCC is so much better than I can find in stores! I use their ground beef all the time and love the tenderloins, the roasts, the stew meat, and even tried the steak tips - made a super-tender stir-fry with broccoli and carrots and onions. Will definitely be getting those again! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this company, their people, and their products!!!

I'm a huge believer in eating clean, eating local, caring for the environment, caring for the animals, sustainability, etc. I get it all from the gang at Grass Feed Cattle Co. Great products, great people...it's all I need. I absolutely recommend them.

I have a monthly subscription. 11 lbs each month. Every month is different, hubs says it’s like mystery gift. Roasts, flank, rib tips hamburger and more! You can really taste the difference from box chain stores. Highly recommend!

If you're not buying grass fed free range beef from the Grass Fed Cattle Co you are truly missing out. Hands down best beef I have purchased. It can be challenging buying grass fed beef from your local grocery store or butcher shop. As soon as I opened the box I knew I had purchased a far superior beef. I cooked a NY strip last night for dinner and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

Quality meat is a big priority for me. I have looked at LOTS of sources - co-ops, farmer's markets, butchers - and Grass Fed Cattle Co is definitely the best quality, grass fed, local option at a great price. The ordering process is quick and easy - when my freezer starts running low, I place an order and set a time to pick up, and I'm restocked! The packages are a great balance of many different cuts, which is accurately outlined on their site. Abby is wonderful to work with, and actively seeks feedback from customers to constantly improve. It's a pleasure doing business with this company!

I ordered an 1/8th of a cow through Grass Fed Cattle Co and couldn't have been happier with that decision. The website was easy to use and intuitive, Abby was great to work with, and the meat itself was absolutely perfect. It was a good mix of hamburger, roasts and steaks and all of it tasted amazing.

I will definitely be ordering again soon.

We stumbled upon The Grass Fed Cattle Co as they had a booth at the Edina Art Fair. We are so happy we did. We ordered 1/8 beef share and a pork bundle, which fit in the top portion of an older type refrigerator/freezer without any issues. Each piece of meat comes shrink wrapped and frozen so no air can get in to spoil the meat. The ordering and pick-up couldn’t be any easier. Thank you, Abby!! So far, we have had the bacon, pork chops, and did a taste comparison of a few steaks. I say comparison, but it really didn’t matter. All the cuts were amazing, but just with a little different flavor. Sorry I forgot to take pictures since we just started eating it so fast!! I would highly recommend The Grass Fed Cattle Co. and will definitely be back once we’ve gone through our freezer. We will be grilling some more this weekend and can’t wait!!

So easy to work with and the meat is OMG good! This is our first time purchasing from Grass Fed Cattle and the experience was wonderful! We purchased a quarter cow and half a pig from them this past Sept. and the meat has been scrumptious. Our families have always purchased grass fed beef from others in the past and we wanted to give Grass Fed an opportunity since they had rave reviews. We were not disappointed, in fact they worked with us to ensure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

My first purchase from the company was 1/8 beef share. Since then I have also purchased chicken and pork, and more steaks. The meat is consistently high-quality and very flavorful. We have ordered an 1/8 beef twice now from Grass Fed Cattle Co. Everything was smooth, from ordering online, to the pick up. Abby is great. The beef is wonderful and there's quite a variety. Just remember to cook grass fed beef on lower heat, for a longer period of time!!

What a fantastic value! We purchased a 1/8th beef package - it fit comfortably on the bottom two baskets of our stand up Fridge/Freezer combo, with a couple of the steaks on another shelf. Pick up was easy - and ordering is a breeze.

My kids loved the hamburger - though it is soooo much better than store bought hamburger - think steak burgers - they are that good.

The steaks themselves are a whole new experience. I let the meet thaw in the fridge for a few days - and seared quick on high heat on both sides, and finished in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes - turned out perfect medium rare.

The bone in roasts were amazing - maybe the very best of the batch. Though, the soup we made with the rib and stew meat was awesome!

This was our third time ordering an 1/8 of a cow and couldn't be happier with Abby (pick up) and the beef itself. We've even gifted a steak pack for the in-laws for Christmas. We have been ordering beef here for the last two years. We are very happy with the quality of the beef. The order is easy and fast. The pick-up is at Edina, which makes it so convenient for folks living in the metro area. Abby is super nice! They also have a lot of options for small families.

We are big fans. Have purchased the beef sampler package, the 1/8 beef package, and recently a pork package. We've been really happy with the quality of the meat, and with Abby and the end-to-end customer experience. Love that my husband can pick up the frozen meat with our two little kids in their carseats and have Abby meet him in the parking lot for a quick handoff!! Most importantly, buying local, grass-fed/pasture-raised meat for our family had been on my ethical to-do list for awhile, and I'm so glad we've now built it into our routine with Abby as a key partner to make it easy and be the liaison with local farmers.

I initially learned about Grass Fed Cattle Co. at the Edina Art Fair earlier this year. I first tried the ground beef package and was very happy with the overall quality of the beef. Initially, I wasn't sure if it was worth the investment versus grocery store beef, however the taste will truly blow your mind. It is worth every penny! Additionally, to know you are investing in a local company is important for our community. For my next package, I purchased a combination of ground beef and chuck roasts. Abby is wonderful and have had nothing but positive experiences thus this far.

We have tried other grass fed beef and keep coming back to Grass Fed Cattle Co. because the quality is superior. On top of that, pickup is easy and Abby always takes the time to chat with our family and is genuinely interested in how we are doing. This is how a small business should operate!

I have been working with Abby and the Grass Fed Cattle Co. for a few years. The beef is DELICIOUS (we ate rib eye steaks tonight) and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY they they are now carrying pastured pork. The chops are beautiful and the shoulder cut makes tender pulled pork. Not only is the beef and pork healthy for my family, I enjoy working with Abby, she is a dream.

We have enjoyed 3 orders so far which include assortments of both pork and beef in various cuts. Some of the notable characteristics are almost no smell to the raw meat and incredibly healthy color. This is a top notch product offered with great customer service.
