I brought a cup of ramen in and asked if I could use the hot water and was told that It was not available. After some questions I was then informed that I was not allowed to use the hot water because the clerk didn't feel like letting me use it. I even offered to pay for the water but again I was told no, that there was no price i could pay for hot water. 😂

Great friendly staff fresh food not like many 711 that leave nasty food out and still serve it to you regardless… this place actually makes the food after you’ve ordered and paid for it :)

This has to be the cleanest 7-11 I've ever been to. When I walked in, you can tell right away that it's very clean and organized. When I checked out, I had to tell the guy behind the counter how clean his store is. I could by the look on his face that he's proud of his store.

I've been back a number of times and each time the people that work there are very helpful and friendly.

It's good place same as another 7-11 but... unfortunately smell so bad is in whole shop !
I think it smells like sweat, it is a good place for them to observe their personal hygiene

Everyone is friendly, and the store is clean and well stocked, and this place is a great stop to get quick things I need. But, the reason for my less than 5 star review is my biggest pet peeve is that the staff is ALWAYS on their phones on earbuds talking to whomever. I believe someone (if only the customer) is paying for you to be at work, you should be focused on work. The other 7-11 approximately two blocks away does not have this problem with their staff.

The clerk seemed new and had gotten a bit flustered trying to find a bar code to scan, but the trainer guy helped out.

Bought a product here, when I opened it it was defective.

The person behind the counter told me that happens sometimes, but he couldn't return it. Cool. 👍
