Love Sally’s, has always been my go to for hair and nail products the employees are kind and helpful when I need something and if they don’t have it they always point me in the right direction

I go in to Sally Beauty quite a bit but I like this location specifically because of sweet young guy that works in there!! He is so very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any questions I may have and his personality is very energetic! Absolutely outstanding customer service!! Worth driving to this location for sure! He really knows the products and what is best for what type of hair color or hair products one might need!
I recommend this Sally Beauty location!! 5 stars all the way !

When I go in and have a question its always answered with "I don't know".
Also being the only place around I feel there should be more of a selection. I have to order online and pay then wait for shipping. I realize not everything cannot be stocked. It would be nice to have seasonal nail art that can be easily accessed.

Location was to open ay 10.am worker arrived at 10:04 3 other customets waiting and we were told it would be 5 minutes and she would be open. Really..if you open at 10:00 you should be there by 9:45...

Very disappointing in the jump in prices one item went up $2 and another went from $8 to $18!!!! And I buy these both 2x a month! Also absolutely no selection of replacement blades.... or colors!! Every time I find some colors NY clients like, I go to buy more and they never have it. Hell they had to go to Norfolk store to get me cool lube!!! The employees are nice and all but who controls inventory? SMH

Horrible customer every time I go!! I always ask one thing and they always end up telling me about something else. I’ve done my hair for a while and if I ask you a question about a product you have in stock that doesn’t mean I always need your opinion about it!

Have been sitting in the parking lot for almost an hour waiting for the store to reopen in the middle of the day! Employee left a sign on the door saying they would be back to reopen at 3:30 and it's now after 4. I hope not all locations and employees just lock up the store randomly, not good business practice at all

The store was out of stock on many items and the workers weren’t very nice or helpful in finding me an alternative to the item I was looking for. I tried their ‘next best alternative’ and it did absolutely nothing.

Looks like the store hours they have online is just a suggestion not something they follow every day. I would call to make sure they are open before you go.
