NICK !! From receiving. MANAGEMENT MUST READ. What a great, hard working guy.

I come to this Lowe’s to deliver DC product and drywall usually about once a month or so. I came today, only to be met with Nick taking care of unloading the truck, not only did he do it quickly, but safely. Very hard worker indeed. Of course we talked and had some great conversation. So I was already glad Nick was the one unloading the truck, especially because most places that I deliver, not everyone is so friendly. After he was done, I had moved my truck to park for the evening. I was doing some paperwork, when I got a knock on my truck door. IT WAS NICK. He was holding up a plate of food, “leftovers, that will for sure not go to waste in my hands,” and a drink for me, after working in the sun and getting things squared away. I couldn’t have been more blessed and grateful. As I had been waiting my whole 6 hours drive, to get stopped and eat. I didn’t have to leave my truck and walk anywhere either. As I cannot take my truck just anywhere. NICK, is the person, personality, work ethic, generosity, and thoughtfulness we should all as humans strive to be and be like. It’s not often you run into people like Nick, and how lucky you have to be to run into someone like him. I hope this review doesn’t go unnoticed. What a one of a kind guy. I hope everyone values Nick as I do now !! What a good leader and role model for all !!!

Daniel is AWESOME!!! What an amazing part of the Vincennes Lowe’s Team! He helped my dad and I with porch blinds, and helped me months ago find wood dowels. Other employees were so accommodating and polite also. I highly recommend this location.

They are very convenient when you are tackling any remodeling.

I know how it sounds to say a blonde walked into a hardware store and met a one armed man named Woody.... honestly, this was one of the friendliest stores I've been to and I would recommend it.

The service here is tremendous. The staff really try to understand your project and help you to accomplish your goals. They remembered my wife between visits and even wanted to see pictures of how things turned out. The sub contractors we hired through them did an excellent job as well. We are very happy to go to this Lowe's any time we need anything to do with our home

Always have what I need. A nice employee opened a check out lane for us so we didn't have to stand in line. Love this store because of their generosity toward veterans. Thank you Lowes for your 10% discount for military veterans! I have heard rumors that Lowe's has now stopped their 10% discount for veterans for lumber. I sincerely hope that's not true.

Great store.Special thanks to Dave for helping us order a hard to find area rug and making sure to get my father his military discount.He was a relatively new employee n still learning.Took the extra time to help us.

Getting ready for spring as of 2/25/2023 but not much out yet.

Shopping for storm doors we were helped by Berin. He was extremely helpful, loaded the doors to our cart, checked us out at his station, and then helped us load them in the truck. A great representative for Lowe's!

Jessica LaFoe is great. I had been dealing with a series of mistakes on my orders and deliveries which she went above and beyond to keep me a Lowe’s customer. I had been dealing with their customer service and wasn’t getting much resolution. I bought a stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer with all their attachments along with several other remodeling items. One would think the employees would be happy to provide customer service for such a large purchase but it didn’t happen. Delivery was messed up and after 3 separate deliveries and being personally involved Jessica redeemed my trust in Lowe’s. Thank you Jessica for working with me and easing my frustration!

Had everything I was looking for except the lost treasure of oak island.

Google is wrong. Lowe's closes at 9!

This Lowe's is usually a good experience. The people are nice and the paint department is always knowledgeable. Also, I saw a golden retriever puppy in there today. I love dog.
