The owner is so down to earth and dedicated to your every want and need. She also will tell you what will or will not work for you instead of being in it for a $. Her prices are affordable and the store is clean and very organized. She took all her time out for each person who came through the door. They've won me over from my prior parlor! ❤

The lady is so very nice and also very helpful without giving you any attitude about asking questions in detail about certain products as some customer reps can be. Also I like to say that of course you cannot return things for cash money usually at beauty supply stores but she makes it even better because it hurts tour you get money added to an account your phone number, and it should every time that you make a purchase a little bit builds up and you can use it towards any future purchase. Really comes in handy! :-)
