I shop here at least three times and the people working during the weekday have always been pleasant. I would recommend this location.

The bad reviews are old, i went there today for lunch feb 6, was just like Any other 711. Plenty of food, rollers look good, cashier was friendly and my food was fine. It could've smelled a bit better in the store, but i think that was because something was being replaced/worked on

Been here more than a dozen times over the years and never experienced a major problem. Although, this is not one of my favorites.

The morning and afternoon employees are great it’s just the night shift employees are the worst, I came by there a couple times and the door is always lock and I knock the window but they don’t even open it, isn’t it open for 24 hours

Customers Beware. Double check everything. Went in to buy a couple cans of butane for my torch since it was the only place locally that was open and carried butane. Cashier charged me 8 dollars a can, rang up as Grocery Tax F and not Butane, when the price tag showed 5 dollars a can. Didn't realize it till I was out in my car. Went back in and confronted him on it. The cashier claimed it was an old price and took the tag down. Then offered 4 dollars out of the register, instead of 6, and was adamant on not canceling it in the register and also tried to keep the receipt. He was also using a private number to ring items up and didn't want another memeber number being used. Caught a glimpse of the points on the number as being over 50,000. Customers should double check all the prices and their receipts and make sure their own personal member number is used. I allowed him to use the number he wanted, likely a personal number, so I could have a record of this for a report. All local prices for the same butane comes up as 4.99 a can.

I've been here 3 different times when I'm in a pinch to get a quick bite. Every time I buy rollers, they are a day maybe 2 old. Today I bought some and nearly chipped a tooth due to how old they were. Whip your dudes into shape. You guys have super low ratings and it's because you have trash employees.

Me and my boyfriend decided to get a slurpee after he picked me up from work. When we initially walked in we thought the place looked kind of dirty but we laughed it off. Got my slurpee and we proceeded to walk around the store for some snacks. I took one sip of the slurpee and immediately knew something was off. It almost tasted moldy, like the machine had not been cleaned for a while. I had my boyfriend try it and he immediately said “you’re not drinking that.”

I went to the guy at the register and was really polite explaining that the slurpee tasted off and maybe there was an issue with the machine. I asked if I could get a different flavor instead. He was on his phone and didn’t even look up at me while he proceeded to tell me in a very rude tone that I would have to pay for both slurpees. I tried to explain again and he cut me off telling me I’d have to pay for two. My boyfriend chimed in and said we could not even drink the slurpee cause it tasted foul and we were worried about getting sick. He tried to fight my boyfriend on it and even rolled his eyes as we paid for a soda. Needless to say we refused to pay for the original slurpee and decided not to try a different one.

Believe the other reviews on this location, the employees are extremely aggressive, the place is dirty, and you may get a serious stomachache. We called customer service about this situation and they sounded appalled by our experience. Hopefully they will look into this location and do some serious changes and updates starting with the employees. You have been warned.

There is a balding, grey-haired man in the morning who is just awful at his job. He often has to be asked to come out of the employee office, then he comes out reluctantly and processes the transaction while he's on the phone laughing and ignoring the customer. The other reps are pretty nice and helpful but unfortunately for me this guy is often working when I come in. This is incredibly frustrating because this location is very close to my work and I like coming here for a hot dog or whatever but this is the worst service I've ever experienced and the guy could not care less. Hope they get rid of him.

My standards aren’t super high for a 7-eleven, but the one is exceptionally bad. Most of the employees are rude and standoffish. Very, very poor customer service in general. Their posted prices also don’t reflect what you are actually charged. I recently brought up conflicting prices, and the cashier shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes. It feels like I’m scammed every time I come in here. I wish there was a 7-eleven or similar store closer to my house that was better. I wouldn’t come here if you don’t have to

The rudest staff. I entered the store and greeted the clerk with a smile and hello. He looked at me but ignored me, he was on his cellphone having a conversation. I approached the register and had to wait for him to finish a text message before even acknowledging I was there. Finally he started scanning me items, but once again stopped halfway through because his phone beeped. I stood there while he started typing, then said “excuse me. I’m a customer, you can finish my transaction then go back to your cellphone.” He rudely held up a finger as if telling me to hold on. I walked out. Never again will return. The location on Juanita Woodinville way is a million times better.

Horrible customer service. I got scammed from buying a burrito he got the prices all wrong and I ended paying for an extra dollar. I went to the slurpie machine and all the flavors came out to be a liquid instead of slush and none were ready. Instead I got a drink and when I pushed the button I heard a cranking noise and something broke internally and landed in my drink. I asked the manager if I can get a new drink and he got mad at and told us to leave or he will ca the cops. I've had it and will never come again.

This store just lost another customer. I suggest that anyone reading these comments not goto this location. Customer service is terrible. They are in fact very rude and treat you like you are lower than them. They hardly speak any English as well. They would not accept a debit card for a small purchase even though they are only charged a swipe fee for credit cards and stores aren't supposed to be allowed to set a minimum price for debit cards. I used to be a regular customer but enough is enough and this store deserves to be built over. I will not return to a store with such rude employees. I suggest no one else use this location as well.
