Way better than Party City! Customer service is awesome! They greeted me and helped me look for balloons. Family owned since the 90’s. They also have a mailing service located in the same shop.
The selection was a lot to choose from. They also give recommendations for keeping your balloons from not losing air overnight. Highly recommend! They also have sparklers!

Friendly, helpful staff and large selection of reasonably priced party stuff. Nice discount on cards! I got 13 helium balloons for the price of 12, plus a free weight. The balloon bouquet was really pretty and lasted 5 days. We paid a few cents more for them to add their secret ingredient that makes non-mylar balloons last longer. Highly recommend over the competing chain!

Great place to pick up party supplies and holiday themed items such as costumes for Halloween. They also carry packing material like boxes and bubble wrap. They have a huge assortment of balloons in various sizes. Prices are competitive. They also have a branch post office that handles only domestic mail, no international. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, They share the parking lot with the Juanita Safeway,

The two employees were really helpful. We were looking for things to cheer up a friend who has been hit hard by extensive cancer. They found items that created what we wanted, a humorous collection of items to make her feel like a queen, a rather unusual request for an adult. The items achieved the desired effect. Thank you.

A great store for party supplies and more! I actually visit here primarily for the USPS inside. The store is always clean, organized and well-maintained and the staff are super friendly.

This store has always been a huge help to me when planning parties. The staff is helpful, and the selection is wonderful. I've even taken a "party in a suitcase" to a baby shower I was hosting in Boston. I'm grateful they're part of our local shopping scene, and that I can support a local business.

Ordered balloons online and had to get them filled for my nieces birthday. Trying to schedule time with other stores was difficult, but this place made it very easy, both when I called for details and when I went in person. Easy to work with and all expectations set over the phone were accurate.

Super friendly staff and the store is very well stocked! On the day of my daughter’s friends party, we needed Star Wars costumes for kids. I called in the morning and they went through their stock right away for me on the phone, and got what I needed in no time!

Great customer service. Would highly recommend. Also I read that issue with the receipt. I had retured something very easily there but I had the time the transaction was completed. I actually think it is a tad unfair that if you don't like "paper" you find an issue with the company. It is a smaller business so it would make sense that their database isn't so advanced. If you want to return something, you can't just show up and expect some sort of magic to occur. Also $3 doesn't sound like a big enough deal to post so harshly about.

Just had to do some business here- with the store clerk AND the mail clerk. both transactions were SO pleasant! Appreciate that & made me glad Post Office is right there.
