Normally when I say good customer service I just mean they were nice but these people really try hard to find you exactly what you're looking for and if there's any available deals or sales they make sure to get you the cheapest price possible restaurants don't even have as good customer service as this place

called and verified that they had stock. was in and out of the store. great employees.

Great staff. Smaller floor layout in comparison to other stores I have been at. However it makes it easier to find things. Staff is fast and helpful. A decent amount of bigger tools are on display but stock is in back and once paid for staff is quick at bringing it to your vehicle. Clean too.

Very helpful, would definitely shop here again based on the customer service.

As you walk in, it's like being a kid at the candy store. You got everything you need tool wise in one place. If you're looking to get into the skilled trades, this is definitely the place to come. Staff were nice and professional! Definitely will be coming back again.

I stopped at this location to buy a rotary sander and buffer. The manager here went completely out of her way to find any and all clearance items that were related to the product I purchased and took several minutes out of her day to go look in the back for potential items for me to purchase. She did an excellent job at maintaining her store and control of her environment at all times all while separating herself and being able to help me a very intimate matter to find me the very best possible deal. She also educated me on the benefits of being a HarborFreight VIP member and I signed up even though I normally don’t ever sign up for anything like this. If I happen to find myself in this state again while I’m trucking and I need anything for the truck or any tools this is going to be the harbor freight I stop at simply because the customer service that I was provided is the one thing that distinguishes this harbor freight from any and all locations I’ve visited in the past.

Harbor Freight was the only place that has a 4" drop trailer hitch. Metairie store was out. Had to go to the LaPlace store to get it.

This is a brand new store to 2022. It is absolutely amazing. Clean store. Professional and friendly staff. Huge selection, and tools. What more could you ask for.
