Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Dawn was absolutely fantastic!! After much research and samples from my local big box store, I thought I had the right color chosen for my walls. No! Not even. I stopped in the Sherwin Williams store today where Dawn assisted me. I showed her my cabinet, floor, and trim color choice and she helped me find the right shade for my walls. They look stunning together. ( I recommend the Emerald paint. It gave outstanding coverage and was so easy to work with.) She was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful with painting tips. Brian helped with suggestions and made me feel valued as a customer. I would recommend this store to anyone who picks up a paint brush. In a world short of good customer care and product knowledge these people have it!! They have gained a loyal customer today and I will definitely be back! Thank you both!

All of the sales people there are great. Dawn has had so much experience that she can be so helpful and she has a keen eye for what looks good together. Their paint may be a little bit on the higher end but it is awesome paint and Dawn really know what is the best paint for each job. They always try to find the cheapest price to give me. 5 Star Service at Alton Sherwin Williams. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me picked out a great color for my home. They even loaded up the paint in my car. Fabulous service, and the paint quality is exceptional!

I am a landlord and buy all my paint from Sherwin Williams. Paint is great, prices are good and Customer Service is outstanding. For large projects they deliver my paint to the job.

They really know paint so I don't have to know. I got a lot of help on colors & paint types, especially some prepping and applications. I used SW paints last time and I loved how it turned out, so I'll be back when it's time to buy the colors I chose.
