AT&T Store

Absolutely amazing experience working with Mrs. Rubba, her customer service skills was 10/10 helped me out with every issue and concerns that I had regarding to my account. Recommend switching services just so that you have a chance to work with Mrs Rubba !!! Thank you again!!

Super nice and helpful staff.We went in because the switchover from Verizon was supposedly beneficial according to the home salesman when we signed up for fiber.Were promised picking up our phones at home and discounts that didn't end up working so after repeated calls and emails to the salesman (blown off when he was supposed to come back)we just decided to take them in to the store.They took a lot of time figuring out trade-in costs and plan, etc.Even to the point of escalating for us.Went above and beyond solving problems they didn't cause.Would recommend for sure.

Rubba, the manager, did a fantastic job at keeping me as a continued customer being that I was very dissatisfied with my bill and unable to resolve the issues with AT&T phone customer service the previous day. I had every intention of either leaving AT&T or getting the issues resolved. Rubba helped me by understanding my complaints and going out of her way to not only keep me as a long standing customer but also managed to get a few phone sells out of it. Without her patience, kindness and overall great customer service I am not sure if this reply would be as kind nor would I still be with AT&T.

Rubba helped me upgrade my phone this last Friday and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the phone, my plan, and every accessory that I asked about. She made my upgrade and transfer experience very easy and I will always come back to this location thanks to her and her team!

Adam Johnson was awesome! Luckily it wasn't busy at the time I came into the store so he was able to immediately greet me and quickly begin the process of switching me over to AT&T service. He was very thorough and patient with me. He also made sure I was aware of all of my options and informed me of what he was doing as he was doing it. Which as a customer, I appreciate the most because I felt like I was apart of the process. Everything ran very smooth and I am very pleased with my service. On top of that, he informed me of several good deals. Without me asking, he applied a student discount to my purchase, traded my old phone in for brand new air pods, and told me about student discounts on different apps! 10/10 I would highly recommend this store and/or service to anyone.

I have had major issues with my AT&T service that has “required” several hours on the phone with multiple technicians over the past three weeks. Each one troubleshoots for an hour or so and then simply tells me they have exhausted all of their capabilities and that a ticket will be submitted to someone with more expertise. Then I hear nothing back from anyone and I have to start over again with the next rep. Other local stores were equally unhelpful, though friendly enough, and my work has been negatively impacted. As a final ditch effort, I went into the store on Old Shell and had the pleasure of working with RUBBA and ADAM!!! Boom. Extremely patient and had the issue resolved in 20 minutes. It was truly impressive. They deserve major kudos for not passing my frustrations off to the call center “experts” in order to make device sales, quotas and commissions. Consequently, I will be using that location (Rubba and Adam especially) to purchase all new upgrades and devices moving forward. Very appreciative.

I came to this store a few days after being turned away from another after asking about a promotion. Rubba sat me down and looked through the promotion, making sure that she had the details straight to get me the deal. I really appreciated her help over several days of getting my new phone setup. Much better than trying to work online or over the phone.

Rubba and Lunny were so helpful and attentive aiding us in getting our business account up and running. They were patient and ready to help at all times. I strongly recommend this store and especially these two ladies!

Rubba was amazing! I was on my way to ubreakifix for a phone repair after being told at another at&t store I did not have insurance, even though i was almost positive I did. I couldn't pull my bill up to question, due to my phone being broken. I ended up going into this store seeing about upgrading since I was going to be out of pocket to fix it anyways. Rubba said I indeed have insurance and helped me file a claim! Got my phone fix the next day no problem! Was able to get all my data off my old phone onto my new phone!

Excellent Experience!!!!! The ATT team is very knowledgeable, and I got an outstanding deal. I will shop here over ALL other ATT stores. A special thank you to Rubba.

Rubba was such a wonderful sales representative!! She was super helpful through every step of the process of getting a new phone!! Will be definitely be coming back soon.

Have had multiple visits there and was helped by the store manager Adam,each time and he resolved my issue each time. He should definitely be considered for outstanding employee of the year at this branch. To add he stayed over after work hours my last visit to make sure my issue was resolved.

Awesome customer service, eager to assist me in my need

It was GREAT at the Old Shell ATT store. The tech. Skyy was a absolutely great person!!! We could not have had a better person to take care of us, she was absolutely fantastic!!! 😀😀😀😁😁😁

Crystal was very helpful in setting up mine and my husband's new account! We were able to save our old numbers and get things done in a reasonable amount of time. All of the staff seemed friendly and helpful!

Myself and my family have come there quite a few times to see Matt for any upgrades or just general questions. He has always been really helpful and has even taken the time to help set up the new phones. He has even gone through the functionality of the phones with some of my family members to teach them how to use it. Always a great experience there.

The experience was the best I ever received when it come to switching over phone service or dealing with a in store purchase. “Rubba” was the ATT associate working all alone last night when I came in to upgrade and purchase a new iPhone 13 - she was so kind and friendly to everyone who came in and kept everyone happy as they paid bills and purchased new phones!! Love her !!
