Great selection but super crowded long waits in line

Love shopping at Sam club you get the biggest rotisserie chicken and it's delicious plus their paper towels are reasonable ❤❤❤

Not crowded,easy check out,pretty well stocked,lots of new items periodically

Efficient and expedient. I used the scan and go app. Able to get what I needed and get out in a few minutes.

Had a good experience at customer service today. They were kind and help in every way possible resolve my issue. I was returning a TV that I didn't like. They give you 90 days on electronics.

As you can see, SAMS employee wiping down Carts before handing them to customers.👍It was medium crowded and the people kept their distance, which is surprising giving the number of people in there. The lines were long but they moved pretty quick. They had 2 Associates managing the lines, which help it to move efficiently and quickly. Luv SAMS!

Member/club type store, have to show member card to enter. Large, clean store. Aisles are usually wide enough for 2 of the large shopping carts to pass each other. The shopping carts are bigger than the normal sized shopping carts you'd see/use at other stores including the ones at Walmart. They also have...hand trucks (wasn't sure what to call them)...for large items such as tv's, furniture, mattresses, etc. Check their website for the different services they provide such as tire/auto care, vision, bakery, etc. They have a deli on the far right of the store where you can purchase single slice or whole pizzas, hotdogs, drinks, etc. Checkout has 2 options, self checkout or associate checkout. Either way, you first present your member's card to scan the barcode on the back, then scan all the item you wish to purchase. At the self checkout, I didn't see a way to use cash to complete the purchase. Only debit/credit cards or, I think it's called, Sam's Cash (like store credit). When exiting the store, have your receipt ready, they do have someone checking receipts there.

Now that I think abt it, I've never had a problem with customer service, the deals, the items, no complaints. I've been shopping with sams for 4yrs consistently every 2-3weeks n sometimes twice a week. & i've saved the most money on diapers

Store stocked except for cat food. I saw treats but no wet or dry cat food. Great prices, good quality. I'm going back in few days to finish my shopping

Admittedly, I was a little nervous when I pulled into the crowded parking lot on a Tuesday. Surprised would be an understatement at all that transpired after that initial shock. Friendly greeting at the door, completely stocked store, and a fast checkout. Parked, found and purchased 15 items, and paid all under 20 minutes? Unheard of for a Sam’s experience! Keep up the great work!!

Great place to shop and they have great prices

Never a dull moment when you come in to get a few things and end up leaving with a receipt totalling $4,000 lol

I went to this Sam's on a Thursady evening around 7pm. It was not crowded at all. To my surprise, there was plenty of bottled water, and rotisserie chicken. Lol. I was in and out in no time. It was one of the best shopping experiences that I've had at Sam's in a while.

Sam's club has a wonderful no contact pick up process. It's very easy to order from the app or the website, and you could choose your pick up time and even add additional people to pick up notifications or to pick up your items. It's been very handy!

As much as I like to shop local for everything, certain things you just have to buy at a big box store, When it makes sense to buy those things in bulk you really have Sam's or Costco as your options. We've had a Sam's club business membership for many many years and continue to be satisfied with the selection of products, pricing, and ability to get what we need there.

The best place to shop around these parts… no questions asked just dependable service every time me and my wife shop there for whatever reason we have to go to Sam’s it’s always a hassle free time with the scan n go…. Lol

Hugh place with many varieties, budget friendly.

There are plenty of choices at fair prices.

Customer service was excellent. The store was clean and organized. The edible items that I purchased were really fresh.
