AT&T Store

The best customer service ever 🙌 by far. I promise u if you have to go to AT&T . Don't go to the one across from Wal-Mart. Go here . The lady so knowledgeable that they have what u need in stock. I needed to update my name because I was recently married. I hate having to upload documents online it seems like it takes days for them to update, and finding the right source is such a hassle. I was greeted immediately, and she had the most enjoyable personality as well as performance. In and out within minutes. Very easily made changes to account. I give 10 🌟 stars.
Will be going back soon to get my case and any other accessories I require. I promise u that.

Can honestly say my mom and I had the best experience ever today at AT&T. Kareen was so friendly, cordial, helpful, understanding and had a very charismatic personality. Even there towards the end, she made us laugh so much. Anyone needing any assistance at this location, I definitely recommend Kareen!

Giovanni was awesome, he’s very knowledgeable about the products and services offered and took the time to help me go from an android to iPhone, my first iPhone lol, I’d recommend Giovanni, thanks again!

I was there a few days ago, was serviced by Jessica and had gotten a new phone. I, to this day have never had such amazing customer service as I had by Jessica. She was calm and patient and was the absolute nicest and really helpful. She applied my screen protector with absolutely no bubbles and had given me a run down about all the new specs in the phone I had gotten in a way I had actually understood. 5/5 will be back again.

My experience started about 12 weeks ago. I do not like to upgrade phones. Sounds weird to all of you who upgrade every moment you are eligible. I do not fix thi gs that are not broken and love living debt free. When my S9 started dying with 20 percent battery left I started thinking it is time for a replacement. I though it would be a time to change from android to iPhone. I have an iPhone for work and a Mac it can't be that hard. I could have never been so wrong. I went into the local AT&T and looked and compared. I ended up with the 13. I fought and cried and struggled for 3 weeks before I went back to trade for the s22. The staff was patient with my questions. They transferred all the data and helped me understand the 13. Then they did it again for the switch to the 22. I was able to manage the majority of the set up . Visual voice mail was different. I was able to get that last option changed and once again a very happy camper

I received my unlocked Google pixel 6 and wasn't able to make outgoing calls. I stopped in San Antonio to fix the issue but the rep refused to help and said my unlocked phone wouldn't work with the ATT network. I stopped in Hobbs and Johanna was happy to help. She gave me a new sim card and got my phone up and running in less than 5 minutes. She was helpful, kind and focused on resolving my issue. I highly recommend her and the staff at this location.

I upgraded my phone, passed my old phone to my daughter and added a line. Juan Carlos was very kind, helpful, and patient to work with!

When into the store had an issue with customer care manager went on n beyond to give me excellent service ,she stayed with me working over an hr she was being pulled to different tables she’s great at multitasking & every store needs a manager like this . She took very high pride on taking care of her workers and knowing what was going on . She was training a newbie Joanne and helped her through the whole process thanks to Lorena and her knowledge we resolved a fraud issue that I had an issue resolving for over a month, Thank you Lorena for being an angel at that at&t store it’s obvious your workers think very high of you as you gave them answers to their problems and still helped me with my problem . This will go-to store as I found my angel in this city & the very best manager I’ve seen in an at&t she truly cares for her customers

The representative who helped me was Johanna Martinez at the Turner Street store. She was patient with me and explained everything so I could understand what I was purchasing. Very pleased with my new phone.

I forgot her name, but she was very professional and tended to everything I had told her. She helped me to backup to iCloud and transferred my phone stuff over to the new phone. Great service. I believe she is the manager of the AT&T store on N Turner in Hobbs, NM USA 🇺🇸

Suzi did absolutely fabulous! She was the representative that helped me. I wish to say this about your store manager however. He sat next to me at another table for 30-40 minutes. I thought he was a customer waiting for help. He was wearing a ball cap inside. His jeans were bagging from behind when he did get up, and his zipped up sweat jacket was dumpy, at best. AT&T should seriously consider a dress code for managerial staff. Had he attempted to help me I would have declined. I'm sorry, but I am a professional educator and I pray no one ever comes to my school and think I'm just off the street.

These people are super friendly and very helpful. They try hard to get to you as fast as they can. Just remember when people are getting phones it takes a while to get it all set up. Loved my visit! Thanks guys for being great!

Awesome customer service. There is typically a five to ten minute wait here but I don't believe it is this location's fault. They seem to have SEVERAL employees working, there is just a lot of customers that frequent the location. All in all, great location with excellent customer service.

The staff and manager at this store are top notch and listen to their customers. I live in an RV and they told me about the deal in getting midi and Direct TV. I signed up. They went through a lot of trouble to get it set up along with the set up on my RV by Direct TV. I am talking hours and multiple people bc my location made it challenging it was all set up. I even got a text confirmation for the date of install from direct TV. The day of installation I got a very apathetic phone call saying “they had to reschedule” my Direct TV installation because their tech all called off on that day”. No apology.... then this person went on to tell me that the people who spent hours getting everything just right “had done it wrong” so they couldn’t have installed anyhow. After all they did in man hours and investigation because of the uniqueness of my situation, that made me very angry with Direct TV for throwing the poor people at Hobbs AT&T under the bus when they were the ones who really looked out for me. Because of that caller I cancelled my order and then went back to the AT&T store and got the MiFi only even though cost a bit more alone because I don’t want to use Direct TV when they treat their own coworkers in such a manner. Thanks to the great people at Hobbs AT&T for all your patience, time and assistance. Y’all are the best! Thanks Lorena!

I had a wonderful experience with Johanna and Giovanni, great customer service and very informative. It was definitely worth coming into the at&t store today.
