Going to this UPS store is amazing! The employees are so helpful with people who are tech challenged like me. They know how to do everything to make sure that my packages get where they need to be quickly carefully. Thank you so much hiring Zach, Leo and Nimi at the Alderman UPS

I have already referred it to several people I live in an extended stay motel and they do not have post office service or a street address I can use. The people in this store are extremely polite nice kind thoughtful I couldn't be happier. I used to work in the same plaza years ago before buying my own business at the opposite end of the street. The people in this particular store as I said go over and above keeping from locking up before the hours they've even stayed a minute late for me to get what I needed done! They have a wonderful attitude and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service

I was dealing with an Amazon return and the seller wanted me to pay return shipping . Had it not been for Chris telling me what to look for I would have ended up paying for return shipping . He also saw my husband and I struggling with the heavy boxes and was most help full in getting the items back in my car . He also remembered me when I returned with the correct shipping label and again he was super helpful in assisting us again. Every UPS store needs a well informed and helpful CHRIS .

Every time I go into this store it is a quick & delightful experience. The staff is so friendly & aways willing to help with packing, taping, labeling, etc. Whoever does the hiring there should be commended. I do quite a bit of shipping & it’s always been a beyond great experience.

Frequently come in to this UPS and have exceptional service at this location. Today Zach, Leo, and Nimi went above and beyond helping me quickly get boxes to customer locations.

Neh on the Amd Team was very helpful and knowledgeable about the best way to ship. She is also very friendly and she handled another customer who was stressed very professionally and politely!

Fantastic store! Super friendly, well stocked, great location...they even taped my box for me for free. I was able to buy 10 of the same box that I needed for shipping. The crew seem to have a really good vibe of caring for each other and taking good care of every customer. When it rained and he employee was slow, he even offered to help me get the packages out in the rain, I had pulled up next to the door. I am just really impressed with this location and Ithink management is doing something great with their team selection. Happy customer. Looking forward to returning.

I am going to butcher the spelling so I sincerely apologize but Nihal and Elane were phenomenal. Went in to print a label and send back a phone, they were extremely helpful, friendly, and provided such good service. I would highly recommend this UPS store.

Great overall experience! as soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Zach, and Chris. They were very both very courteous as well knowledgeable on the spot, when it came to helping me ship a package out. They explained the whole process in detail and made the transaction very easy. By far my favorite UPS store!!

I ship packages from here often and I always get great service from the staff. This past Saturday, I went in with about 8 large boxes and Zach was kind enough to come out to my car and bring the boxes in for me. Great service. Both Zach and Mark were very helpful. Thanks

Ashley,Elan, and all the employees at this location are AMAZING!! I mail often and they always charge me fairly for the shipping boxes PLUS they are just awesome at what they do. Efficient, friendly & affordable is what you will find at this location. I drive a little farther down just because of how amazing they are

If I could give more stars I would! The staff is always so helpful and friendly while returning/sending packages. The best of all is when I need something printed!!! Ashley is my go to person. She has been so helpful in making custom items, sayings and just about anything I have asked for or needed. I own a business and need things printed all the time. Not being technology savvy, Ashley has really taken on anything I ask for. I could not be more grateful that I found her and this UPS store. Thank you for making my life easier!!!

Ashley, the manager and her team are the best of the best. I have given them many challenging items to ship and they make it happen! They will also give you real advice when it comes to sending things to your international family members. Always a pleasure.
