AT&T Store

I want to express my appreciation for the patience and incredible customer service that Nick the manager displayed to me. He went over and beyond to help me no matter the length of time it toke to resolve the issue. I live in Moultrie and will gladly drive over and hour to receive the exceptional customer service that he provides! Love this store every time I come in I’m greeted with a big welcome. Came in for a charger and instantly greeted by the whole store will return if I need anything else

Walked into ATT in bainbridge ga, on a tight schedule, but desperately wanting to switch from call dropping, Horrible wi-fi connections and very spotty service…Verizon. Hugh, got me up in running in 10 min time! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. It’s hard to find employees like that these days! Hope he gets a raise or promotion, because he was great!

While I was in the process of changing from Verizon to AT&T, I decided to go to the store to find answers about the plans and services. On this occasion, I was helped by the assistant manager Sergio; who very kindly offered popcorn to my children while he showed me the plans and phones that AT&T had to offer. It was definitely a good decision to switch from the other company to AT&T because the great professional service to the customers and the amazing plans and prices available to fit every budget. All my questions were answered and I received an extra discount from my work (state) besides the great promotion that they had available ( 50 % off on new devices).

The staff is wonderful. The manager wade stepped in and assisted Jordan when there was a hiccup in the process and they were informative and patient

Whomever called out today, thank you! Daniel from Tallahassee filling in had me in and out in literally 21 min. Claim filed on my phone, and also he filed a claim on my "not so" lifeproof case and have a new one of those on the way too! I have NEVER been in and out of at&t in less than an hour and have anything accomplished! Thank you Daniel for giving my glass covered fingers a light at the end of the tunnel! Sorry if you're picking glass out of your hands.. I warned you lol.. 😆 #eattysonchicken
