Friendly staff, and helpful with what you may need. Walked in with an idea of what I needed, and they let me do my shopping and helped when items were needed. Decent prices as well.

Today my husband and I went in to purchase a new grill. I thought I knew exactly what we were going to get. But Ethan asked if we needed any help and he shared all of his knowledge on each brand of grills, each type of grill, pros and cons of all the grills. Then Ethan helped us with the quality of the grills ceramic vs stainless steel and how they hold up with time. Assisting us with getting the best value and life out of this purchase. He at no time pushed us towards the most expensive products.He strictly educated us based on facts. What an outstanding customer service experience. Thank You Ethan!

The Hahn Ace stores are simply pleasant, well stocked, and competitive. The Mukwonago store is my favorite.

A store that really cares about its customers. I had to take back a sprinkler that broke, and I didn't have the receipt. I wasn't looking to get my money back, but wanted to see what piece had broken. The associate was so nice in helping us replace the broke sprinkler. We purchased a lot more that day and found a hardware store that truly cares, has greater customer service, and a really great community asset. Thanks! My wife and I will do more business with your store in the future.

Very nice hardware store with very friendly and helpful personnel. You'll find almost anything you need here. I had a duplicate car key made here yesterday with full programming. It only took about a half hour. While the technician worked on it, I wandered the store an discovered many items I never knew I needed. Highly recommended.

Great service here. The employees are so well informed about everything in this store. They can answer your questions, patiently help you make selections all with a smile. No hunting for help, there they are! Just like the "good old days" before the big boxes appeared.

The sales folk were right on top of helping me find what I wanted. We spent time discerning exactly which tool I needed and they had the tool in stock while the big box stores did not, I checked. Way to go keeping the Ace hardware name at the top of the industry!!

This Ace is the PLACE. They have what I want. Customer service in person or over the telephone is always excellent. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. I now go here before I go to Menards, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Prices are on spot. I spend much less time finding what I need at Ace than at the big box stores.

Starting coming back to Ace after big box stores caused giant lines to get in...found out home much better it is to shop at a local Ace. They have had everything I've needed, expert assistance ( Debbie is the best ), and much friendlier service. Coming here first everytime from now on.

They have just about everything and very helpful staff as well. They changed hands quite a few years ago, and I was worried that the service would suffer. I would say its just about the same as it ever was. Pretty darn good.
