I enjoyed how the representative was on top of his game. Me and my family were greeted with a courteous, prompt and positive attitude. We had all our questions answered even on things we didn't ask but was good information. We had representative James, I would recommend this store and representative to anyone needing help or wishing to start a service with Verizon

I have had service with a few different companies. I will say that Verizon is tby far the absolute Best in home internet. It is so easy ordering, and the self installation is a breeze, I was shocked! I highly recommend that you give them a call with your new service or you switching from your present service to Verizon!

We started our transaction with one store representative. She wasn't scheduled to work on the day we had available to finish setting things up. She left very detailed notes for another representative to finish everything and made herself available on call for us as well. Had a great experience

Leah was very helpful when I went in to upgrade my s9+. She made sure I go into a more current plan from the legacy plan I was in to be able to trade in the s9+ for credit towards my new 21 ultra. She also made sure everything transfered over without a hitch and fixed some previous issues on my account from a previous address change to ensure all my lines were being billed correctly! Kudos! Will definitely continue doing business with this Verizon dealer!

Blake Jansen was fabulous, professional, courteous, lively, VERY knowledgeable, and just a joy to be around. Blake assisted me in switching my account from prepaid to contract while adding 2 additional lines from straight talk for my on-laws. None of the google information they gave me was correct so Blake reset passwords and wrote the information in an easy to read format for my elderly in-laws. He also simultaneously setup 4 lines, greeted customers enteringthe building, and answering the business phone line. Let me tell ya he is a master at multi-tasking and deserves a pay raise!
If any issues arise I will not hesitate to go back to Russell cellular.

Raini was a pleasure to work with. She definitely took the time to explain everything to us and was super helpful about our decision that we was having to make.. She had a great personality. Definitely would recommend her to anyone.

Russel cellular at Pocahontas, AR, has always treated us like family. They have the best attitude and spot on and professional service every time. I worked with Blake and rainie they both are very pleasant to work with.The only problem I had was they don't stock extra equipment in store and so I had to re-order due to that.keep up good work great team members to work with!

I've had to visit the Verizon store here in Pocahontas at least five times due to having problems with different phones I've had. I have been well pleased with the help that I received in solving my problems. Evelyn also know as Rainie has always spent extra time making sure that the problem is taken care of. Very pleasant and friendly with helping you. Couldn't ask for any better service.

Love getting all my phone and internet needs here. I have been with Verizon for only a short time as I just moved here from Alaska and had a local service up there. When I came to this in particular location I was very pleased. They were right there to help me right as I walked in the door. When I asked about many different things upon options and even just curiosity items that was never going to be purchased they did not mind at all to help me with it all. When it came to me finally actually making a purchase they went well out of their way to explain to me not only the costs but the best options based around budget and use I actually would even have with the product of choice. I now have my internet service through them and also have been able to get a brand new phone with a plan for it at a reasonable cost also. The building is ALWAYS clean at all visit times I have ever had there and the staff always have great hygiene and arfe appropriately dressed and dressed well. Out of any phone service store in this whole state or thus far for me, this whole country I would always choose here!

I've went in there a couple of times now with request likeswitching carriers, adding lines, and needing new phones. Blake and Ranie are awesome! They are very helpful and got me in and out with everything I needed.

Blake was way more helpful than trying to call Verizon's customer service which is horrible

April was great to work with, she helped us with an upgrade that we have been trying to do since October of 2021 which due to the customer service from the Jonesboro store has taken us from October to December to get done, we still have one more step before it will be completely done and I am given the credit I was initially owed (absolute nightmare), I would absolutely recommend taking the drive to the Pocahontas store for any type of service, the Jonesboro store has no interest in telling the customers the options they have in order to save money and I have been with this company for 15 years but that doesn't seem to mean anything to them
