Came to the store in a bit of a crisis and James was very helpful and had a super positive energy

I have been a customer with AT&T for over twenty years and I have always had great customer service! Bruce, the manager at this store is one of the best representatives AT&T has. He was extremely knowledgeable about their products. He helped me fix my old phone, and helped me get a new phone in less than an hour. Bruce, Jake, and James are AMAZING!!!

Christopher James provided us great service even though he was the only associate in the store with a steady stream of customers. He is very professional and courteous. After some bad experiences with AT&T customer service, Christopher got everything straightened out.
