The day I went Tiffany helped me get a new phone using my insurance cause my new phone was damaged and it was quick and easy. When I received my new phone went in and Chase helped me set it all up I had a very nice experience with both of your employees excellent customer service 👏 👍 > Give then 5 Stars 🌟!!

The employees were friendly , knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They were able to explain the differences between different Samsung Galaxy 10 products and my order was placed for my new phone. They helped with getting me all the promotional discounts available...which was awesome and saved me a bunch on my new phone!

While on vacation I dropped and broke my cellphone. Traveled to nearest verizon store in Winslow AZ. As soon as I walked inside a young gentleman named Ehrren was ready to help. He immediately looked up my account and explained options. He had me setup and out the door in less than an hour. Ehrren was very knowledgeable of the products and services available. I have never been in and out of a verizon store this quickly in my life.

We grudgingly went into the store because we desperately needed a phone replaced. Grudgingly, because our previous experiences in this store lacked decent customer service--to say the least. However, last night our experience was totally different. At a half hour until closing, we were greeted by the smiling face of Aaron Baca. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional, courteous, friendly and kept on smiling even though we kept him there an hour and a half past closing. He took his time to explain even the tiniest details to assure that we received the products and services that fit our needs. Aaron Baca--you are AWESOME. Thank you! You deserve a raise AND a promotion. Keep on smiling! It is so rare to get good customer service these days--but you rocked GREAT customer service!!

Elliott helped me set up my new Samsung Galaxy S4 along with Jason and Adam's help. They were very friendly from when I first walked into the store. They helped explain everything I needed to know about my new phone. I also got unlimited screen protectors! Wonderful store.
