Great experience with the staff at AT&T Gulf Breeze tiger point. No trying to up sale, all questions answered and suggestions given. This staff informed me and others of any benefits that we may have or could get. All are very knowledgeable and friendly. We are very lucky to have them.

Great customer service and extremely helpful in helping me make the right choice. Also reviewed my account and found me some significant savings. Great deal on my trade in and purchase of new iPhone 15 pro. Really happy with the new phone.

Super amazed at the excellent customer service. My life is in shambles and I haven't had a phone in a month. They hooked me up so shmancy I could have cried. I didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket except for taxes and I walked out with a brand new pixel 8 and pixel 2 watch. I've never had anything nicer and I would have never thought I could afford it. They put every discount you can think of and buy the time I left, I'm not paying any more than I already was. Literally it was a Christmas, birthday, new years Eve present of a lifetime. I'm super indebted to you guys. Thank you so much you taking great care of me... And all the patience it took to get me set up!!! Y'all are the real MVPS!!!

Sydney and the other associate were knowledgeable and offered great solutions to resolve the issue I had with my broken phone. There was no wait time to assist me.

I have never had such an amazing experience with someone in Customer Service as I did with Justine. Her determination and motivation to get me the best plan for the best price with the phones that we wanted was Amazing!!! We walked out of there with a family plan of 6 lines 5 new phones and a smile!!! Thank you Justine for making our Christmas presents to our children happen!! Also, let me add.... every time that I've had a question and/or called her to get an answer...I'm sorry it was so many 😂.... She always went out of her way to make me feel important and like there was no question I could ask that would be dumb!!! Sorry it took so long to leave a review!!! I just knew I didn't want to write one until I had the time to say everything!! I highly recommendher....i would even go as far as telling you to call and make sure she is working before you go! I had an amazing experience at the ATT dealer location in Tiger Point. Eric was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made sure that I got exactly what I needed, and with the best deal available. I plan to return to this location again for future business, and hope to be able to have Eric help me again.

The service i received at this AT&T store was exceptional! Jax went above and beyond by first listening to what i needed and then providing genuine and sincere feedback to make sure my daughter's first phone experience would be a wonderful thing to remember. Not only did Jax knock it out of the park, but found a way to shave some cost on my existing plan to boot. Awesome experience! I'd highly recommend this store to anyone else who needs help like i did!

Justine was wonderful at helping us set up our new lines and then we returned the next day to finish setting up our order and Chris was exceptional as well! He helped us switch over my Husband’s number from T-mobile and set us up with 2 new phones as well as an additional line. They were extremely busy and he was still able to help us in a quick manner as well as multitasking at helping other customers. This is the best customer service experience we have had and we will definitely return in the future to purchase new phones.

I was represented by John Haulotte. He was fabulous with setting me up with my brand new Galaxy S23ultra phone! He explained everything to me & my experience with John was fantastic & easy to understand since I'm not computor savvy . I would recommend him to all my friends & anyone that might ask bout my new phone!

Came in to Att after wanting to switch from Verizon. I was greeted by Eric. Super friendly and helped me get a mess straightened out from att online. We were able to get 4 phones and a watch way cheaper than Verizon could. Eric definitely made this a lot easier and very entertaining while processing the order.
