The Grand Marlin of Pensacola Beach

This is one of the best places I’ve eaten in a while walking in the decor was incredible. We got seated extremely fast and after we got seated, there was scenery everywhere. Food came within 20 minutes even though the restaurant was packed. We had no reservations and still got in there food was about 40$ per person which why it is rather expensive at the same time. The food was incredible and you can go for a cheaper often $40 is where you can get really good meals. Also if you have children any children meal has unlimited soft drinks I do not understand why people are saying it’s hard to dine in and the weight is really long and it costed a lot because you just have to come on a day where the weather is not the best and almost no one‘s there anything if you come in on a sunny day, you will still get seated pretty quickly prices are good and the service was amazing so I would recommend going here.

The pricing was reasonable. The portion sizes were good. We sat in the outside area. Beautiful atmosphere. The signature cocktails with fruit were tasty. We are from out of town but I would go back. We were all happy with our selections.

The Praline fruit basket dessert was waaaay better than I would have thought. On the dessert list it would have been my last choice but it was REALLY good ands I’m not a praline fan. So good!

Yes, this is one of my favorite restaurants that I visit all the time. I would have liked faster service on my last visit, but apparently this was a problem with the lack of waiters on holidays. But in general, the food and atmosphere, as always, deserve a high mark.

Speaking of food, let’s talk about those crispy lobster fingers and the baked oyster Rockefeller. The lobster fingers were a game changer; crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. It was like discovering a new favorite food you didn’t know existed. Then there were the oyster Rockefellers, baked to perfection and making me wonder why I don’t eat oysters like these every day. The blend of spinach and parmesan on top was just chef's kiss. And the service? Spot on. Friendly, fast, and always there when you needed them without hovering. It’s the kind of place where you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. Between the mouthwatering seafood, the killer views, and the top-notch service, The Grand Marlin is more than a restaurant; it’s a whole vibe, and I’m here for it. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable meal in Pensacola.

The food was delicious. Fish was perfectly cooked and the flavors really went well together. Appreciated that they serve mocktails and if they are out of a fish you can pick a different fish to have with the entrée you wanted. Great service too. Knowledgeable.

Oh my God! This was my wife and I first time here that a friend of ours had recommended to us. The service was amazing, food was so delicious and love the atmosphere! Our server Tiffany was amazing and awesome!! I got loved & Rubbed Salmon and the Wife got the Gulf Shrimp pasta! We will be back, especially coming from Baton Rouge, Louisiana! I would recommend this restaurant.

What a fantastic experience. Wife and I wanted to check this place out on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! Our waiter Randall was amazing and offered us some amazing suggestions. He didn’t miss on a single one of them. Great service, better food, and the best atmosphere. Would give it 10 stars if we could.

What a great dinner to finish up our Thanksgiving week. Fresh seafood, great service and an amazing dinner from start to finish. The highlights were the grouper piccata, the mahi, the calamari starter (forgot to take a pic) and the praline basket dessert! Yum!

Great restaurant! They made my birthday awesome! My dad is a very picky eater and they accommodated him no problems!! Our waiter was great and caring. Cannot wait to dine here again. We got the Lobster fingers app, tuna, shrimp, steak, and chef special.

The service we were provided made our experience exceptional! The hostesses were helpful in securing a table with the live music for us, and our server Brad was so awesome! We absolutely loved him! The food was amazing and the lobster we had was 100.

I came here with my daughter while I was visiting from WA state. Our server, Tara, was friendly and very efficient during our entire meal! The restaurant is beautiful and would have loved to see the view outside but we came in the evening so I'd love to come back just for that! We ordered the calamari as an app and then Gulf Shrimp Pesto and Chicken & Dumplings for dinner...both were delicious! Great place! Definitely recommend!

Great time with the family. Melissa made us feel right at home. We chose a variety from the menu from oysters to the lobster fingers for the appetizer. The fish sandwiches were amazing and my wife loved her red snapper. The kids all left with full bellies and dessert was so delicious. We had a sampling of each and the key lime pie was SPOT-ON. This was my second experience at The Grand Marlin, and it was just as delicious as the first! Two of us had the Grouper Picatta, one had the lobster tails with truffle fries substituted, and our youngest child had the kids cheeseburger. There were no crumbs left to clean up as we could not stand to leave a morsel on the plate. We also enjoyed splitting the TGM Pecan Praline Basket and Key Lime Pie. Both were perfectly chosen gourmet desserts!

Food was great, but the pecan dessert was the highlight for us. Incredible view and service were attentive.

My husband and I had a great experience celebrating our wedding anniversary. Taylor was our server and she was top notch! The food was amazing. We also had the best seat in the restaurant overlooking the bay.

The food was delicious! Get the scallops with caper brown butter! The mashed potatoes were creamy. Also the blackened swordfish was good with the right amount of spice. Truffle fries were a great appetizer. Praline basket was a delicious dessert. The inside seating was very noisy, and we could not hear our server very well.

From the meal to the service and atmosphere, it was flawless.

Our waiter, Mark, was impeccable! Our water glasses were never emptied as well he was on top of getting our order. With that said, he gave my husband and I the time to enjoy and chat. I feel the price matched the quality of food, service, and overall experience. We'll be back.

My husband got the Ribeye steak. I got the TGM Grouper Piccata. (WHICH WAS DEVINE! ) For apps, blue crab claws, calamari. For dessert, TGM praline basket.

This place was superb, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere service was impeccable. Randall was very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Of all the meals we ate the entire week we were here. This was the best and we were referred by Captain Kirk of Condor Sailing.
