AT&T Store

I have been going to this store for a few years and the team is excellent. My daughter was preparing to travel to Brazil and they gave very honest and fair advice for her travel. I spend half my time out of the country and they updated me on plans to save money. We were with Paul, Jelani and Dexter and they were all so very nice.

I think AT&T corporate could learn a thing or two from their teams on the ground.

There is a very knowledgeable guy in the store named Chris. Go see Chris and you won’t regret it. He takes his time and he knows most of the rules and regulations patient and polite.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Alyssa who assisted me with resolving several issues I had with a recent phone upgrade at the Apple Store. She was able to sort everything out quickly, reviewed my existing plan and even saved me on my monthly charges. She's amazing and such a great attitude! Thank you Alyssa!

I cannot speak highly enough about Alyssa's fantastic service at the Lafayette ATT store. We had an extremely complex problem relating to opening a new account and transporting data among phones. She was super competent, hard working, resourceful, kind, and pleasant. And I'm a notoriously tough grader. Thank you Alyssa!

The service at AT&T Mt. Diablo Lafayette is excellent. Joe is very nice , knowledgeable & very professional. I would definitely go back there if I need service and would recommend the place .. I was very happy when I left the store. Even Joe’s co-worker ( the lady celebrating her birthday this coming March 30th) is very friendly. They both made me feel very comfortable at the AT&T store…very good place to go….

With everything going on currently- I wasn’t looking forward to getting my son’s new phone ordered and setup the day after Christmas. However the process was no where near as bad as I had anticipated. Why? The AT&T rep at this store was awesome! Sean absolutely knew what to do and how to do it! Not only did he guide us through changing our current provider - but also knew the ins and outs of ensuring that the data from my son’s old Pixel would be successfully transferred to his new iPhone 12 Pro. I highly recommended this store and big kudos to Sean, you were fantastic! Thanks so much Sean well done!

Service was top notch. I felt safe because the staff took extra precaution to check my temperature, and made sure I sanitized my hands. Then, Sean Randhaw really helped me make a big decision around Christmas gifts. He was patient, answered all of my questions in detail, and was so thorough. He executed great customer service very well. So well, I left with 3 large purchases. Even though I have lived in the neighborhood for a year, I have never been to this particular store. Now that I have experienced great service here, I will continue coming to this location. Great job and Thank you Sean for all of your help! I am so satisfied.

Alyssa was awesome. She was super friendly and helpful...even providing paper directions to a repair facility since my phone was not functioning. I was in an out quickly and efficiently and really appreciated the friendly and professional assistance.

Service here was great and quick! I came in on my 30 minute lunch break with an issue and was helped and back on the road before my break was over. Thanks Chris and Jorge for your patience and help. Definitely very knowledgeable, ask for these guys. 5 star treatment!

I recently visited the AT&T store in Lafayette on Mt Diablo Blvd. I was quickly greeted by a young woman. Her name was Penny. She asked how she could help and I told her I wanted to check the current charges on my bill and was also looking to upgrade my iPhone 7 to the iPhone 12.
Penny brought up my account quickly and noticed I was paying for individual iPhone insurance as well as a family insurance plan. She immediately took off the extra insurance plan that was not needed. This reduced my monthly bill dramatically.
She also was able to help initiate an insurance claim for my cracked iPhone 7 screen. With the insurance claim pending I was able to upgrade my iPhone 7 to the 12 and get a trade in fo my existing iPhone. My cracked screen is due to be repaired today and the new iPhone will be delivered later this week!
Penny's fantastic customer service and complete product knowledge made this trip to AT&T a complete pleasure and success. She is a great AT&T representative and was so pleasant to deal with from start to finish!

My SIM card died and I stopped by the location on Mount Diablo Boulevard in Lafayette. There was a little bit of a wait, but the guy was able to replace my bad SIM card and there was no charge. What a relief. Thank you so much for your help!

My visit to the store was smooth and seamless! Had some trouble with my phone but they were able to figure it out quickly. Special thanks to Jorge and Alyssa for fixing the issue and letting me know about the new phones too. Overall great visit

The Att store in lafayette is fantastic. Fair pricing and the staff there are super knowledgeable on all products. Especially Alyssa the store manager. So patiently helps me and the whole family with any issues,concerns or purchases. These guys are the ones to see for your phones and tablets.

Joe did an excellent job of helping me sort through my options and was very patient in answering my questions. He was very adept at juggling the needs of numerous customers who arrived in quick succession to the store. Thanks!

So this was a great experience. Joe did a suprerb job assisting me with the various mobile, landline and internet services - working through a series of computer issues manually with the help and assistance of his manager, explaining the packages, and getting things all set up. So Joe and this store is a full 5 Stars in my book! I highly recommend this store and Joe especially! :) Well done!

Jorge at AT&T in Lafayette is a true professional—patient, polite, and super-helpful. I came in to have a custom number ported onto a new phone, and he took care of it quickly, courteously, with grace and good humor. The most pleasant and efficient visit to an AT&T store I have ever had. Five stars.

I normally don't write many reviews, but I had such a great experience at this AT&T store that I had to share! I usually hate calling customer service and going into stores because they just make you wait for hours, with no resolution. This was NOT the case here. When I came in I was assisted by Keavon and the customer service was A+++. Not only did Keavon help resolve my issue, he took the time to explain in detail additional information I needed. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my phone, plan, and technical issues. Ive called customer service and went to two other stores with no solutions and FINALLY at this store Keavon fix my problem!! Definitely visit this store- highly recommended :)

T did an amazing job unlocking my son’s phone. We spent literally hours on the phone with AT&T customer service but within 15 minutes of coming into the store he resolved the issue. Thank you!!!!
